Grow and Prosperity, two things that must be earned and maintained. Helious up until this point has managed to achieve both since it’s founding.  In five elven days the Lords of Helious are summoned to attend the Second Council of Helious.

 The following will be talked and departed on during said time; The Laws of Helious, Expansion of Rights to the citizens, How marriages within Helious should be performed, Talks on the religions, Plans for the re-construction of Helious, The current state of the Taverns in Helious and Luminos and any other topics proposed by the Lords or the Citizens.

 

All Citizens are invited to attend the procedings and propose questions and topics for decisions. however only the Lords, Duke, Duchess and Heir of Helious may cast votes. The Duke and Duchess will also hold Vote power should they seem the proposal as too extreme.
