Should any external force join banners with the Kingdom of Norland against the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, I duly affirm that such action will trigger any and all military obligations owed by the Kongzem of Hanseti-Ruska to the Grand Kingdom of Urguan. Let the Grand Kingdom of Urguan and Kingdom of Norland fight as singular honourable combatants, lest the shadow of the Golden Crow befall the battlefields of Man once more.
