TheHeftyDonut 435 Share Posted August 2, 2023 A Recruitment Drive of the Centurions of Lurin 24th of the Deep Cold, 139 SA Recent events and the increasing number of our beloved citizens have caused us to focus more on the defensive and protective side of the State. As such the Silver Centurions have decided to remove inactive members from their own ranks, while also focusing on maintaining a professional core team of individuals. Said core team will test new recruits, train them, but also teach them how to follow and understand the very law of the State. - Captain of the Silver Centurions, Freya Anarion-Athri’onn The Centurions Within the Silver Centurions there are four main ranks, while the Silver Lubba is placed above those four ranks. With this simple structure, growth is able to be had and capability will increase with rank. Besides the internal ranking the actual duties of the Centurions are simple and can be split up into three main categories; Patrolling & Protection: Aiding those in need Maintaining the other within the state Patrolling territories within the borders of the state Elimination of possible threats, such as darkspawns and any other dangers Protecting the realm as a whole in case of any occurring dangers or in case of a war Handling of Suspects and Criminals: The investigation of individuals Arresting of criminals in case of any law breaking Interrogation of possible criminals in case of a possible crime Maintenance: Maintaining the equipment of the Centurions Maintaining and teaching the knowledge of the Centurions on specialized topics Financial Benefits Recruits - 5 mina a week Watchmen - 10 mina a week Officers - Tax Exemption Captain - Tax Exemption+ Half of all fines that are enforced may be kept by a Centurion. Awards: Medals are given out as rewards on special occasions.
