TO OUR DENIZENS OF THE WESTERN MARCHES,

 

It pleases the House of Stassion to reward those of whom that stand out from the rest of their peers, those of which excel in our core ideals of Honor, Loyalty, and Piety. With such by the power vested unto us by GOD and The Charter we do raise Kasimir Amadeus of the House Sarkozic, with the title of The County of Pompourelia. 

 

Their Duties are as follows,

 

With our culture and beliefs that have been followed throughout the times, Kasimir Sarkozic and his family from here on will bear the titles as Count of Pompourelia, and with it his family. This County has been given under the decree of the March of Stassion with oversight of the Regent within the United Kingdom of Aaun.  With the bearing of such titles, Count Kasimir is delegated the responsibilities of a noble under the March of Stassion and with it, the countless acts of duties that must be performed with it. The Count must perform in upholding their duties within Stassion and the Western Marches as a whole. 

 

With Count Kasimir's oath of fealty spoken, his oath held in perpetuity, the title shall pass down to him and his legitimate issue or designated heirs. Should the new Count's Household grow in numbers, they are given the privilege to petition the Margrave for land.
