It has been an extended period since the dire necessity did manifest itself to convene our noble assembly for a grand examination of the accursed malady known as vampyrism. Such a comprehensive inquiry into the ranks of our esteemed houses has not taken place since the illustrious reign of King John I of Balian during the inaugural governance of the venerable Vuiller lineage. However, in light of the recent uprising of vampyres within the human domains, it is with great reverence for the sovereignty of His Majesty Adrian I, that we do hereby decree it prudent to summon forth the entirety of the esteemed members of our nation's noble houses for an extensive evaluation concerning this sinister curse. In the lamentable event that any kinsfolk or household affiliates fail to heed this solemn summons, representatives of the Magisterium shall be dispatched to the various domains spread across our lands, accompanied by the valiant Armada, to undertake the requisite scrutiny. Furthermore, should any individual be found to be afflicted with vampyrism during the rigorous examination, they shall be afforded the opportunity to seek absolution from this unholy affliction.
