wolfdwg 2677 Share Posted July 30, 2024 Jreg’Gorkil’s eyes gazed over the lifeless corpse of the she-rex, “I have seen enough death.” He would mutter to himself. The veteran uruk of the Midden War, Westmark, Vikela’s Subjugation, Hallowcliffe. Jreg would leave the tent; he hadn’t seen Daahd weep for his daughter, but perhaps it was just his way. Heading over to the battlements of the Goi, he would deadpan stare out over the murky oasis’s waters. As the waters lapped against the sandy bank, Jreg's eyes wept for the young she-rex.Alone and away from prying eyes.

Laeonathan 5891 Share Posted July 30, 2024 An ancient RAGUK seemed to have awoken once more. Urguth made his way home, to the desert. It would be a long way; but he would arrive, once more.
Cepheid 4304 Share Posted July 30, 2024 Qor had no witty remarks or quips to add to the news. A solemn expression overtook the young Grub'goth's demeanor and she sighed, praying to the spirits that the Rex was guided to the ancestors. She wandered outside of the goi to the sands that dusted the horizon, taking with her incense to light. It was beneath the starlight and warm desert breeze where she mourned the loss of the Rex, and awaited to see what became of Lurak. Despite the sadness, she knew in her heart that great things were to come of the Rexdom. Qor'dash closed their services for the rest of the day, though new items would be stocked after tomorrow...

Crevel 7561 Share Posted July 30, 2024 Word of the beastly realm's accusation of Heartlandic poisoning reaches the ear of Robert Tiberius Alstion. He himself would never read dribble written by an orc because he knows that orcs are ugly, beastly, and thus incapable of literacy. However, he does know that they make for great trophies. Robert readies himself to thwart any gremlin or otherwise that may march north to intrude upon the most southern point of the Langkette Mountains. He orders a courier to deliver a large portrait of himself fit in his regal form to the Rexdom with a brief letter attached. If you plan to come north, you best batter your savage horde with lard for it will find itself cooked on the battlefield. His Royal Highness, Robert Tiberius Alstion Prince of the Heartlander Confederation, Bailiff of Enswerp, Hunter of Orcs, Tongue-taker of Goblins, and Judge of the Heartlands

Zacho 2177 Share Posted July 30, 2024 The pale morning dew, only revealed by the early rising sun, made the notice paper soggy as Jiangu'lak had dropped it a moment prior. "It was you who restored my faith in our people Rue'Lur, and it was your strong heart and will that reinforced my belief as what the Urukim could be." The monk paused, some amount of a bitter smile scrawled across his face before fading back to his solemn stature. "We will do what we have to while you're gone, and if the Stargush takes you, then we will be sure to speak of, and to, you for ages to come."
