imo u guys need to lighten up and let ppl engage in banter. toxicity is one thing but people get warnings over non-issues and it's so tiring and unfun sometimes

I would like my 1 forum warning from 2019 to expire. It is a stain upon my very clean sheet. That is the only thought I have as of now, thank you.

I'm not totally versed on the warning point system or whatever is attached to so I can't comment beyond I don't think its doing anything, both for better or worse

For Reserve posting given how frequently people do it because they can't make a reply right away, I think it'd be easier to put a time frame from making a "Reserved" post to actually putting content in it before action is taking. Anonymous posting isn't really a issue unless someone's using it to harass someone, but at the end of the day I don't think forum replies are considered open knowledge so /shrug

that is the current rule-change I am proposing. A lot of the time, in my opinion, Reserve posting is something which solves itself before a mod even catches it. The amendment would be a 5-10 minute leeway, before being disposed of

it feels like sometimes mods will use warning points to remove posts they don't like and mark it as "major toxicity". i would seriously think major toxicity is telling someone to die or calling them slurs, but the definitions for these things seem very broad and doesn't even match what appears on the forum rules page. (tbf it doesn't match my old warnings? maybe you guys do it differently now)

also why do they last 3 years??? maybe some major offenses should be kept in mind, but this feels very dramatic.

%500 agree

My first warning was for 'anonymous posting' for this one:
https://gyazo.com/d14b88338fab4fac7134a2774d735574

I've seen so many other people post without names directly. I guess someone just had it in for me to report. I certainly thought it sufficient at the time. I only had one persona.

I also understand wanting to keep things civil. But there has to be a way to have discourse that doesn't immediately get shut down. My third warning was an OOC reply to a Haense thing.

It was behavior that I'm not really in a position to report, but I felt that other people deserved to know. Especially in the 'metaplay' era. People have to be able to call out problematic behavior /publicly/ somehow.

Otherwise, it just all gets swept under the rug. Especially with how little faith most of us have in administrative/moderation action on player reports. I think all of us know either first hand or secondhand instances of blatant metagaming (let alone problematic / predatory behavior) without real consequences.

I suppose public reports? But that's a whole different can of worms.
