((OOC)) A Goblin Village

So as suggested by several people in this thread [Link], I am planning on making a goblin village with its own culture, architecture, etc. and with goblins being way goblins were intended to be. I just want to hear any opinions or suggestions before I begin planning.

Good Ideas:

I'd be in support of this. Tunnels, caves, redstone lighting. It'd be a great thing - And it'd stop the recent influx of random Goblins with no lore to support their shortened height and additional stupidity.

Perhaps as a rite to be a citizen of the town, you most show an example of your cunning and intellegence, a sort of test, if you will, and prove you have something to offer to the Goblin race.

I think they should live in tunnels or huts with plenty of redstone lamps.

Yes! This is what I'm looking for! Keep it going.

Use the goblin district in the city.

That goblin district is a ghetto.

I am definitely adding that.

Don't build a damn city for a bunch of goblins. LIVE IN THE WAR UZG. RP with the orcs. Don't spread orcish RP by making a town that'll probably be abandoned in a month or two. Just live in the damn War Uzg. -_-

By ghetto I meant the "gobbo district" that no one lives in is garbage and it looks greifed and landscarred beyond belief. I was given perms to it and it is horrible. Also, where in the goblin lore that is extremely lacking say that they are meant to live in the ghetto. According to the lore they are smart and used as ambassadors. Why would ambassadors live in a ghetto?

Then fix it, or talk to someone and work out fixing it instead of making a whole new village/city?

We'd gladly work with creating more goblin RP, problem is no one takes the race seriously and makes troll characters for a few weeks. But we don't want to see multiple villages and towns when we should be focusing in one region and consolidating RP. Goblins have always lived with Orcs anyway, Orcish society is not segregated.

I think you have the wrong goblin district anyway, there's a distinct area of the Strigzgoi located for goblins. Currently it's just a bunch of huts but it can be expanded once we get actually goblins to live there.

In the buil server we spent countless days building that and youre calling our work ****!!!I fell offended both emotiojnaly and fisicaly.

Also goblins live in slums since they can fit in there and most orks cant, they dont like the sunlight that much so they like to stay indoors, they dont care about looks so they will throw **** everywhere and since goblins like to blow up **** their homes get screwed up.So basicaly if you are to build a new goblin place,it needs to look slumish.

This village will not be segregated. I plan for it to be relatively close to the Orc Capitol and with a fast travel to and from the village to the capital.

I was referring to the new gobbo district austin gave me perms to. It was in a mountain and without huts or anything... I think we are thinking of two different places here.

Is there any reason why it has to be its own entity, outside of Strigzgoi? We have a ton of space for sectors and villages in the current city.
