Plastered upon walls and notice-boards of several cities such as Leumalin, Abresi and upon the outer-walls of Gronkkston lies a notice, the rigidly-written text upon yellowed paper giving the implication that the message is an official one. There lies a bolded title atop the missive, stating the following:

"Wanted: Kael'Salai Als'Hanar

The past few several Elven Days, an investigation had taken place upon the on-goings of the listed individual. Several studies have shown that the High-Elven citizen of the Malinorian Capital of Leumalin has committed several crimes and evidence of darker acts have surfaced upon the most-recent days of study. It is concluded, as taken by the Eventide Inquisitry's investigations, that Kael'Salai Als'Hanar has committed the following crimes:

One Act of Murder,

Twelve Acts of Sodomy (Unrelative),

Innumerous acts of Dark Worship under the Daemon known as "Iblees",

One act of Resisting Arrest,

Several acts of Treason,

Disrespect of the Eventide Dominion (Unrelative)

The Eventide Leadership has concluded that a bounty upon Kael'Salai Als'Hanar's person would be most-suitable for the situation and would be the easiest option to bring this heretic and criminal to justice. A bounty of one-thousand Minas and two-blocks of pure iron is put upon his head for whoever manages to bring him to the Eventide Knighthood alive. Failure to bring him alive renders the hunter a halved amount of the initial bounty.

The suspect holds blue eyes, is assumedly of High-Elven descent, has white hair and often wears a red tunic. Kael'Salai Als'Hanar is to be jailed upon capture by the Eventide and then given to the Malinorian Government thereafter.

Signed, Eventide Inquisitor and Grand-Knight Viktor Delacroix."

Kaldo inspects the poster within Leumalin with a sly grin.

His armour shifts gently as his helm slides over his head.

"Deal," is all that is heard.

*Emanaf looks at the poster, arriving some time after his fellow officer.  He frowns.

"Evantide Dominion, eh?  Bloody vigilantes, something ought to be done."

Looking farther down on the list, he notices another section which piques his interest.

Several acts of Treason,

Disrespect of the Eventide Dominion (Unrelative)

He chuckles.

"Stick a bounty on the fellow's head for "Disrespect," eh?  What nonsense this is. . . an Elf can say what he wants.  Vigilantes.  And treason, eh?  That's really this fellow's prerogative to enforce. ."

Taking out a quill pen, Emanaf scrawls at the bottom in looping letters:

"I, as an officer of the Army of Malinor, denounce this vigilante activity and encourage all citizens to be exceedingly cautious in all dealings regarding them in conjunction with Mr. Als'Hanar until their accusations can be confirmed."

EDIT:  Accusations confirmed.  Denouncement Withdrawn.

Valterus looks at one of the notes within Lumaelin, smiling thinly, faintly, and getting out a quil, a packed jar of ink, unfurling it and dipping the quillw ithin. "I agree whole-heartedly with this bounty, anyone who uses that many apostrophes deserves to be burned at the stake." He makes a throaty laugh, and goes outward, leaving behind a fetid stench that might signify he was getting too much fiber.

The signature upon the multitude of posters has been removed. Golden ink replaces it.

"The Eventide Order has jurisdiction in Malinor under Prince Khel Ousanna. Furthermore, anyone claiming to be an Officer of the Army of Malinor is blatantly lying."

Kaldo reads the new poster, blinking before his lips curl into a livid snarl.

Hosper looks at the poster in distaste for a moment before pulling a quill out from his pack and a small vial of golden ink. He scrawls down a few words

"I assume these may be reasonable charges... apart from a few that are too daft to even comprehend. In any case I assume that this man will be allowed public trial in front of at least some of council and advisers before any punishment is made? It is the elven way to have diplomatic and reasonable procedure in these affairs."

     ~Hosper

Hosper then walks off muttering about pointy eared humans and their law tactics and crazed behaviour.

A small, seperate note is offered to Hosper's statement it in reply. It holds the same hand-writing as the original.

"Once Kael is captured by the Eventide, he will be promptly handed to the Malinorian Government, unscathed, should he comply. Harm will not befall him."

Aeyrius clasps his hand, looking to the compilation of edits and changes to this poster and additional notes, he would than tilt his head.

"Essentially, what is being said here is that Prince Khel Oussana, otherwise known as my Father has declared these edgy Knights to be of a higher status than the normal Malinor Military? I believe Prince Lafthi Sylvari would disagree with that. Due fact this group emerged out of nowhere, and had supposedly defeated the Northern beasts.... A little suspicious, since there is no science in knowing this group has a higher purpose than simply thwarting monsters. Let us see how this unfolds, Lafthi of Khel, who will make the right choice..."

Aeyrius sticks his tongue out, running the surface of his index finger along it, before smudging out the golden ink, it is still legible though some may find it difficult to read.

Parker'onn approaches the poster, scanning it over. Upon reaching the golden ink - of which he can apparently still read with an effort - he promptly tears it down. Any around would hear him curse, and state: "This is not the Malinor I had hoped to come back to. I find it difficult to believe how much idiocy riddles the princedom. Your judgement disappoints me, Khel."

Benedict, Inquisitor in the Eventide Dominion, stands towards the back listening to to the discontent in the crowd with a disgusted expression on his face. He begins to mumble under his breath.

"These people call us heinous insults, criticizing our ways when we merely wish to bring peace to these lands? They support a man who committed awful, terrible, and heretical crimes that would be considered immoral to even the most villainous of criminals, yet they harass us? This is truly perplexing."

He walks off, confused and upset by the poor reactions of the people when all the Eventide hoped to accomplish was get rid of crime in the streets of Malinor.
