The Second Edict of Oren

 

By writ of the elected Emperor under the first Edict of Oren, His Imperial Divinity, Siegmund Sarkozic of House Carrion, the first of his name, King of Ruska, Savoie, and the Crimson Isles and all of their lesser titles, Divine among Men, Champion of the Raevir people, Lord of Crows, and heir to the dynasties of Barbanov, Kosanov, along with the White Cresecent Moon, and Lord of the Imperial Dominion of Man.

 

The following titles are abolished

 

- Apostolic King of Ruska

- Grand Duke of Kaedrin

- King of Renatus

- King of Salvus

 

and all of their lesser titles.

 

The follow titles are instated

 

- Duke of Ruska

- Marquis of Kaedrin

- Duke of Renatus

- Lord Paramount of the Salvian territories

 

and all of their lesser titles. Dukes are dubbed counts, counts dubbed barons, and all barons must present themselves post-haste to determine their title among the Orenian nobility.

 

The Kingdom of Renatus, Ruska, and Salvus shall merge to form the Kingdom of Oren.

 

The young Ostromir II of House Carrion shall reign as new king of Oren, upon his father and mother's tragic demise, slaughtered in cold blood by agents of the pretender Sophia Horen and her backers.

 

The Dominion of Imperial Oren as consisted of Herendul and the new Kingdom of Oren shall continue under the former Edict of Oren, overseen by the elective Emperor, Siegmund Sarkozic the First of his name of House Carrion.

 

The elective Emperor urges a representative of the Salvian peoples to present themselves to discuss the adminstration of the Paramouncy of the Salvian territories and King Relenkai's absence.

 

The elective Emperor beseeches the Northern King of Herendul to discuss the Winterguard's involvement in the defense of the Dominion of Man, as they pledged in the First Edict of Oren.

 

May our unification bring prosperity to the realm of mankind. Glory to Oren, and true to its peoples.

David stands within his quarters of the citadel, gazing out into the sunset over what once once Kingston. His lets out a sigh after hearing news of the recent edict before turning and heading inside to hastily write a letter to send to the Emperor in response to the concerns of Salvus.
