THE LAMENTATION OF A BOY A letter to the soul of Edmund II, King of Aaun Prince Edmund writing a letter within the Chapel of Lady Paradisius Dear cousin, I know that you are reading this from the Seven Skies and are thus not able to receive this letter in person, though I think it is best that I express my feelings in a letter for I do not wish to seem weak in the eyes of others. I am so sorry that you are away now. The sight of the first attempt on your life and to now know that you have passed on from this world to the next is something that continues to bother me. Your passing has managed to bring many Canonist Kingdoms together that shall avenge you and your fellow martyrs. I pray that you spend much time with grandfather and great-grandfather in the Seven Skies and that in return you shall pray with them for us to prove ourselves victorious in this war. It frightens me to know that there are many brigands willing to slay those related to you and to slay those who are innocent. It is therefore that I swear to you, cousin, that once I grow up, that I shall take every step necessary to protect our kin and the citizens of Aaun to preserve our United Kingdom. Whenever my day comes, and I pray that it shall not be soon, for I intend to do many things to make you and our forefathers proud of the legacy that they put so much effort into in this world for. Pray for us, for we are to fight, to preserve. TO BE A VELETZIAN A foundation for Leagueism "To be a Veletzian is to be a Midlander - to be a Midlander is to know no fear." TO BE A VELETZIAN. The ideology of Leagueism is an ideology that was created when Veletz was first established. A unification of various settlements who had chosen to get an elected central leadership, the elected leader known as the Captain-General. As of now, it is Gaspard II, who is the Captain-General of the League, and as philosopher who hails from the lands of Veletz, I find it my duty to present a set of ideals that are historically bound to the great uprising of our forefathers. It should be known that the ideals I present to Your Excellency, the Captain-General, that with the recent tensions and violence acted upon our people that I say; no more of these attacks against our people shall happen again. I say that it is absolutely vital to make our people aware of the ideals that are deemed to be valuable in the situations where we are attacked and are just in defending ourselves against those who are daring to attack us. Therefore it is this set of ideals that I intend to give to you so it may prove valuable to make our nation an overpowering force across humanity. We shall never know fear. Benedict of Veletz With the ideology of Leagueism, there is spoken of five main core ideals that find its heart within the ideology of Leagueism: I. Nationalism: To believe that the nation is one and the nation is to be deemed the most valuable to all who reside within it. It is a core aspect within Veletz society to be proud of their history and their purpose within the League. II. Imperial Scepticism: To believe that if a state such as an Empire tends to form, that it must be formed by the Veletzian hand and the Veletzian origin with its core norms and values. It is only once we see Orenian-Restorationists that we can not tolerate such a totalitarian state for existing once again which finds its ideology on fear and obedience. It is through the will of our forefathers that we shall not tolerate to bring a state back which our grandfathers and grandmothers fought, bled and died for. III. Pro-Separatism: To believe that if a region of a foreign nation that borders another will be able to join the favored nation based upon the decision of the person who leads the said region. This can go through a proposal to the leader of the favored nation. IV. Anti-Novellenism: To believe that those who pretend to be the successors of the Holy Orenian Empire, are to be persecuted and to be forced to adopt a different name other than the names of the dynasties that were led with overpowering totalitarian tyranny. Exceptions are made for those who have the direct lineage of the last King, Frederick II, and are to be declared the rightful successors and are true friends and allies to the League. V. Militarism: To believe that our nation is based on the strong military forces that reside within our nation and that they are deemed to be the absolute defenders of the Veletzian people. A military force that is prepared, is a force that is deemed to attack when the League feels threatened by the forces that wish to see the lands of the League gone. It is these five core ideals that are bound to the people of Veletz and it is these ideas that is to motivate our people into defending our lands with the loyalty they declared in their oaths to you, Your Excellency. His life is saved, thank GOD, but for the King to reign, we must offer our prayers for a swift recovery of His Majesty. Therefore I call upon the subjects of His Majesty, King Edmund II, to pray for him. Day in and day out so we might see him ascend to the throne held by my grandfather James I, and my great-grandfather Charles I. Let us pray that the King, who is by GOD anointed to reign over the United Kingdom of Aaun, shall recover and let us pray that GOD shall bless him in the many years to come. GOD be with you all. PREFACE Daemonology is a subject that has often been forgotten within our world. How can we possibly know what sort of Daemon is troubling our being? How can we know why? What is it that makes the Daemon what it is? Why does the Daemon obey its lord the Deceiver? Why do they send ghosts to bother us? As we do have our own expulsion methods within our Church, it is important for oneself to know what acts might be relating to the daemon. Is it able to express its powers through the body of the possessed one, or is it merely communicating through the body of the possessed person in question? There are many questions and frustrations that one has once they are encountering something as brutal as the possession of a daemon; but often one does not know what to do. Daemons come in many forms; sometimes as personal temptation but also in the physical way. They either show themselves or they do not. In some cases, they adopt the form of someone dearest to you who is deceased or they take on the form of someone who you love and is still alive but wants to trick you into worshipping the Deceiver. The Daemon intends to make one struggle, suffer and perhaps even want to kill the person in question whom they are bothering with their evil intent. It is in this codex that one can find ways to prevent the daemon from entering homes and entering the bodies of the laity. Take this lightly or harshly; but one who is possessed has often played with the daemonic way of life and is found guilty of interaction with their lord Iblees, the first Fallen Daemon. For example, this codex will explain how Canonist symbols such as the Lorraine and Hussariya play a vital role in the expulsion of daemons and their works; and possible prayers that defend the believers against the works of the daemons. MAY GOD BLESS AND GUIDE YOU ALL, Benedict of Veletz It is important to know the first daemon of all, Iblees, and why he is the way that he is. It is said in our Holy Scrolls that he was an Aengul at first, much like Aeriel. He is the reason for sin and continues to tempt those in the mortal world with his tricks by the use of his servants; the daemons. Let it be known here that the Deceiver is the reason why daemons continue to make us sin and are the only reason why possessions and the dark arts have been made possible to be inflicted upon mankind. Daemons are vile creatures and fear the One GOD; they refuse to enter Churches due to the immense power that it brings with and the protection that the altar and all the symbology that comes with it. Especially when there is a Saint buried underneath the place of worship, they fear the protection of that too. Daemons played a great role within the Holy Scrolls as those who misguide the people through pride and greed of the mortal being and take great advantage of the sensitivity of the person. The reason why so much is happening in the world can often be pointed towards the Daemon and not the individual human. They are the purest source of evil alongside their lord the Deceiver and are the murderers of the human soul. The daemons are also those who pretend to be gods or god in other nations outside of our Canonist realms. They deceive the natural habit of man to believe in one GOD and His Exalted. They pose as false idols before the pagan altars of those who have been misled into the hatred against the One True GOD. As we all know, is that GOD is OUR only superior and no daemon is capable of taking His place. The Daemons fear the following things: 1. Prayer When you call upon GOD and the blessings of His Exalted, and ask a Saint to pray for you, the Daemon shall fear the one who calls upon Him for help. They can not tolerate that there is a superior above them for they have after all been casted out due to the extreme sense of pride that they had. 2. The Canonist Crosses The crosses stand in definition of our faith and apply to our GOD. The cross broadcasts a sense of power to the daemon that it can not handle due to its inferiority and is weak against His power. 3. Holy Water of Gamesh When one has the Holy Water of Gamesh, the surroundings of one will be cleansed through the blessing of GOD. It is a purifying method to purify one’s area where they think a daemon might be and the daemon WILL retreat in fear of the One True GOD. The Hierarchy of Daemons is often unclear but there is a good explanation as to how they go to work when one is confronted with the works of daemons. The hierarchy of daemons has clearly a leader, which is the deceiver, the arch-daemon and following the deceiver are the normal daemons and the lesser daemons. THE HIERARCHY: Arch-Daemon: Leader of the Daemons. Daemons: Capable of possession and are the murderers of the human soul. Lesser Daemons: These are lesser demons with specific roles and functions, often associated with tempting humans or causing mischief. As written above, the daemons are divided into various groups. Ghosts are however not part of the Daemons but are considered daemon spawn due to the rituals that involve dark magic in bringing a soul back to life but in the physical appearance of a ghost. However, ghosts are also able to be deceived by the daemon. It is important to note that depending on which rank within the hierarchy the daemon is, that a Daemon is stronger then a lesser daemon and that the Arch-Daemon is stronger than all. So when a person is possessed by a Daemon-Regular, it requires more prayer and methods than the Lesser-Daemon. One might as well go back to Chapter I of the Libri Daemonis to apply all the three on the possessed person in question and exercise it as much as possible until the possessed one is released from the lords of darkness. When a person is confronted with a daemon, prayer is absolutely vital to endure this confrontation against the evil that the daemon brings. It is important during prayer to make your intention clear and to ask for protection against the daemon that is trying to attack or possess you, or anyone else. Firstly, Before you pray, it is important to absolve yourself of sin through confession so the daemon may not use your sin against you again. Secondly, it is important for one to take hold of a rosary cross and repeatedly say prayers to GOD and ask him for an Aengul to protect you against the daemons. Thirdly, one ought to find a place of sanctuary or ask a clergyman to help pray, or find a third party who is able to pray so the prayer is effective against the attack. If there is no church, make sure to make an altar and pray consistently. Every day; when you wake up, before you eat food, and before you sleep. Due to the Holy mentions of GOD and His Exalted, the daemon will immediately fear you and therefore refuse to bother you further. Prayers are the sword of GOD and will decapitate the daemon through words and through the power that GOD sends in return.

SEVERNY GROZA BATTALION Батальон Северный Гроза “Единственное, чего мы боимся, это БОГА” The Severny Groza Battalion (The Northern Storm Battalion), is a hussar battalion that has its focus on becoming the most fearsome force in the North of Aevos. They are advanced warriors in horsemanship and are fighting against those who have done unjustifiable acts in their eyes. However, often, the acts of their battalion are done out of their own aggression. The Battalion holds no allegiance to any nation. HISTORY The Severny Groza Battalion was founded by Sviatoslav Khvostov and Oleg Naryshkin, fanatic half Raev and half Hunari brother in-arms who had been raised in the wilderness of Almaris and had arrived in Aevos. They were in a way confused when they had first arrived because they felt that they could not depend on a sovereign or could not bear to be held accountable before an entire nation for their actions. So what they did was start a Hussar battalion. As they came from Almaris, specifically in the north of Almaris in the snowed mountains, and given their origin, they began to start a battalion that relies on horsemanship, swiftness, and to be able to wield every weapon possible. TRIALS The Trials are vital when becoming a part of the Severny Groza Battalion. You will be tested on three skills: I. Swordsmanship To be able to wield a blade and to kill with it if you must and have no other choice. Reluctance is not spoken of within the Battalion. II. Horsemanship To be able to ride a horse to swiftly ride into battle and use a weapon on it when engaging in battle. III. Scouting To see the enemy from a long range and be able to tell the positions of the enemy soldiers. IV. Infiltration To be able to infiltrate and yet be discreet about the membership of the Battalion. Discretion is vital. IV. RECRUITMENT Recruitment is quite discreet and is only spoken of when personally invited to do the trials after someone has seen what your skills are worth. Discretion plays a key role within the Battalion due to the amounts of lessons in espionage that is being given during the membership of the Battalion. When recruited, the Battalion must utter the following words as an oath of fealty to the Commanders: “Если придется, я умру среди братьев по батальону, умру один за батальон, если придется. Да поможет мне Бог” Translation to Common: “I will die with my brothers in-arms of the battallion, or I will die alone for the battalion, so help me GOD.”

Since the days of old, there has always been a sense that the discovery of GOD is the most important point in our life. It is from prayer to Him, where we get our wisdom to get on with our lives and leave our troubles behind, it is through GOD to whom we submit, it is through Him who lets us either be victorious or be lost. It is what GOD has in store for us that determines the path of our lives, He tests those whom He loves the most and instead of feeling in deep sadness because of this test, live on to feel grateful for this test is meant to make you learn of your mistakes and do what GOD would have wanted you to do. It is however no secret that some people feel like they are above GOD due to their mortal authority that they have over others on these lands, yet to do so proves that you do not believe; you abuse the trust of the GOD worshiping people that you govern. To not believe is to walk into a dark cave without light and to eventually die in the said cave; yet with the light you are able to carefully guide yourself to where you had gotten in. During your baptism you prove yourself to live up to the teachings that the Exalted have written in the Holy Scrolls and with that comes the temptations that Iblees is putting in front of you during your lifetime and you will truly prove yourself when you know how to cope with such and how to make your Creator proud. We do not live to be so recklessly guided by daemons, we live in this world to acknowledge the authority of GOD in the our lives and how it is Him who keeps us from Hell once we pass. The importance of GOD is something that almost can not be described in words neither properly formulated for it must be occurring naturally to you that you see him as your only superior and the One True Church as His vicar.
