  1. I can understand that. I mean, a minimum would be good to have, but more would make it easier on the people trying to summon the certain weather. Maybe as you said, 5 to 8, but that would still put a strain on everyone. More than that should help ease the burden in my opinion. I just hope you can see that making it harder to actually do would kind of help the situation of getting this re documented since you can see some people up in arms. Also, how mental are you guys in the thinking of how this works akin to Shamanism? Are you all that daft? Shamans can either be nice to the Spiritz and get power that way, or literally force it from them and use it for their own ends. They can summon storms and lightning and use whatever type of element they want pretty much. Here is a video of Jesus, who is a very known Shaman, using his powers: Shamans could pretty much do the same thing on this server if they wanted to. Now compare the druids. All Druids can do is pretty much make a forest grow, turn into an animal and have some kind of Furry session, blight heal, and normally heal, and that's pretty much it. They can grow a forest at whim without water too pretty much, since I did that myself in Aegis along with a few other Druids. Druids barely controlling the weather is nothing to be worried about you fools. Unless they lose concentration that is, then wild fires everywhere or massive floods or droughts.
  2. The thing is though, if done too much, would that not go against everything the Druids believe in? Last time I checked, you guys want to try and be natural as hell, and in my mind, you guys would want to use this kind of idea sparingly as to not anger the Aspects. I mean, you can do it as much as you want, but using all of the people within your Circle would make it more fun for everyone and could really show that the Druids are really not all that powerful as some believe, albeit some certain people going above and beyond with their root growing powers.
  3. I'd like to think that something like this would require at least a large group of Druids, maybe all those who reside in the certain circle, to properly meditate/commune within the sacred Salmon pool to properly try and bring the weather down. Even then, it should have a small range seeing as how you are fighting against the actual forces of nature and also not be that powerful. Maybe just a few drops of rain, like a small rainfall. For fire, well, that could get out of control quickly, and if you guys want to control it, it would require pretty much everyone to concentrate as hard as they can.

  7. Will I still be able to ride one into battle? Even then, as everyone said, you can either roll a Kha or RP a Druid doing some shifting or whatever they have since I remember they had lore for something like that.
  8. Hide your family, hide your coin, cause all the Gremlins are crawling through your window.
  9. Im making lore for a human only disease, so that during this no war time, all humans will die and the race will cease to exist on the server. I believe this will quickly end the war and bring forth the Reptile race supremacy all of us have been dreaming for.

  12. Orcs are mean and have no honor since they will not bend the knee to Oren. They should be sent to work camps too to beat Orenian honor into them.
  13. Pretty good, I am surprised you took to that perspective with the toupee, truly artistic. You really do deserve the title of artist Keeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeme.
  14. How so? He explicitly says that these beings are only made to troll and yoke with people, how does that add depth to culture? I also already thought there were nature spirits for druids before? If not, and I highly doubt it, then they should serve a higher purpose than just "Woops, accidentally killed someone! Teehee, my bad! Time to move along now!". At most, these spirits dont even need to be played by players so to speak, this could literally just be lore used for storytelling which I think would be 10x better. Unless of course, I am wrong again and this lore is just meant to be for what I just said, then I retract my previous statements, and you don't even need for this to be accepted as proper lore, just something you guys made up in RP for spooking little chilluns before they go to bed. If not, as it stands, Byrophites add more depth to "wood elven" culture than this if it is meant to be played honestly.
  15. For practice, you should draw a Banana with a ketchup mustache in space riding on a sun dwarf sun, also a cat monocle and a Trump toupe. I feel like this will enhance your abilities with mixing random things and colors. Also it would look cool on a portfolio Keeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeme.
  16. To be perfectly blunt here, the only few people that would probably play this kind of creature is a Druid on an alt account, which is understandable to a degree. I'm all for things to try and brighten the server, but when it comes to these kinds of cliche and highly focused things I am not gonna lie, I think it's pretty cool and neat that you want to try and use this to expand RP and have fun with friends, but it would eventually just die like the many creatures/magics on the server that tried to be new, "hip", or cool and would eventually be forgotten within a month or two aside from those two or three players who play them religiously and try to defend them with their every waking breathe. I'm sure you know this too since you seem like a pretty smart guy that would have this kind of foresight.

  21. From what I remember, Respiren was not the first Druid, but the first to lead the Druids. I remember as a little plant that Respiren showed me a book about something akin to Druid Wars. I also agree with Lulu here. I would also like to input that, to me when I first started on this server in Aegis, as a Wood Elf, that I always envisioned them as Druids without the title. Lovers of peace and trees, they respected nature. The idea of warring Wood Elves doesnt necessarily appeal to me, but that's just a personal opinion. As an old Wood Elf, I understand how it could possibly feel to not have an "origin story", but I always thought of that to be a good thing and not bad. Wood Elves are generally the more sane compared to the High Elves and Dark Elves, able to sort of be the middle ground for both type of cultures, but the more peaceful out of the two. That's the way I always thought of it. I don't see how we could not just say how the idea of how all Wood Elves thought of nature as the most important thing and lived together peacefully under a Princedom and not something akin to Orcs fighting each other in tribes or Dwarves and their warring clans. Why everyone wants to have a military and bloody origin story is kind of bland and boring at this point, which is kind of ironic with what I am trying to say here, since I am saying that the Wood Elves SHOULD just be a simple peaceful gathering of their race and not one founded in bloodshed. I mean really, you can see how in the past the Wood Elves have always been peaceful, since Native and all. This kind of breaks lore of how things were, since I think it was also mentioned that Malin was the more peaceful out of the brothers when gathering his brethren.
