For context, Vistulia was a settlement in South Hub last map.

@TeawithFrisketObviously, if it is a matter of enjoyment that you feel it necessary to have x amount of people in your group, then I can empathize and encourage you to find some other configuration where people may adopt your culture to add to that "amount of people"; it is not however necessary to have someone else play a specific culture though. You'll get a lot of mileage playing a member of a minority culture in a larger settlement where your unique traits may permit new narratives to branch out and create interesting scenarios for you & others.
