To get it updated you just modreq it maybe? When I made this post, I didn't know they changed the rules to have unlimited number of raiders. I was under the presumption it was 24 hour cooldown, with 8 max. If it's unlimited then yeah, a 48-72 hour cooldown is reasonable.
