It's a problem with 1.6.2. Multiplayer only. It's not a problem with LOTC. I've even spoken with several server owners about it.

Nope, version 1.6.2 has been out since July 8. They wouldn't leave it for over a month with such a big issue. It's server side (Plugins, etc.) I have played on so many other servers which have never had this problem
