Daily Reminder that cooking is a great skill to pick up, start with simple things like eggs! Buy onions, carrots, and potatoes to practice your knife skills, and bread is very cheap and easy to make! PM me for recipes!

Daily Reminder that education is important and even though you may be able to breeze through classes with little effort, practice studying anyways. Find out the technique that works best for you, be it flashcards, listening to music, etc. 

Daily Reminder that having a written schedule for your routines is great to help plan study times and organization in general. Especially for those of you going to college this fall. I highly recommend Google Calendars and printing out a color copy of a schedule which has your wake up time, meal time, classes, study times, and when you are working out. Any blank space is free time to use as you wish!
