    Asides from reorganizing the hierarchy of the staff team and justifying more skype groups (2-3) to be made for staff teams what does it do to help us better communicate. I think it just misses the mark imo, our communication issues are not w/ other staff but are w/ players. I'm worried not about what the Leadership Division is a week from now but what it will be 6 months from now.
