    also the point of using slabs and trees with logs is that they blend together with similar colours – using a texture pack which doesnt do that literally destroys whatever ‘niceness’ that the huge tree has

      As with communism, they are fine on paper but when put into function and into people’s hands it no longer works. I don’t disagree with the community guidelines as they are written beyond thinking they are just a pointless re-iteration of the rules but rather how they are used or have been used in the past if it has changed.

    why is the 2 people in war chat rule even still there? i always used that to minimise the amount of people ganging up on people and flaming, but if you cant even talk to the other side anymore then what’s the point? surely it’s just an inconvenience now because communicating with 2 people will prove more problematic than 4-5, no?
