It is widely known that the high elves as a whole are spread out throughout Axios, many opting to stay away from nations like Haelun'or. This club will bring the massive high elf community back together just to chill and talk, as well as others who are interested in all the high elven knowings. This adds a group specifically for high elves and friends of the race- I've found that one doesn't exist yet, so I'm taking it upon myself to create one. This rewrite of Soul Puppetry really pulls the magic together, producing a more fun and advanced aspect to it. This rewrite is detailed, thus making it easy to follow and understand. The writing was beautiful, and this should indeed be accepted. My favorite part was when you mentioned the Halflings ;). Please accept this, it literally gives this magic a very nice potential +1

So, I read this hoping to find requirements. Finding none, I ask this question: What are the usual requirements to be one of these beings? Such as certain magics, tiers, etc?
