    Giving everyone 150,000 exp is insane. If you want to give us a boost, then maybe just divide out exp by 10. That means that players at masterful would be proficient, legendary would be adept. Supercali would be legendary. This would even the playing field alot but also leaving the characters good at their professions. (Also don't have it so we can spend the exp on other skills. That completely ruins the realism. A peasant farmer suddenly becomes an amazing blacksmith?)
