  2. Vivyne Ravexi received the missive from the Metinan Company in shock. The injustice preformed upon that was incredible! They sent letters to their allies and readying to rally the banners should the Company need assistance!
  3. Having been in correspondence with his friend for little over a month at this point, a priest in the barony of Woldzmir received the missive with a smile in the early morning. He read out the letter to his friends and family at least a thousand times, gauging their reactions and happy with what he had received. When dark came at last, he sat at his desk reading over the missive again and again. He wrote a short letter to the King of Haense and to Cardinal St Publius acknowledging his attendance for the Diet of Karosgrad.
  4. "HASKIR! WATCH OUT!" a dark elf screamed upon reading the missive to their friend!

  7. Dima read his young sister's poems (only skipping over the Dying Rose to her as it made him feel rather uneasily) to his daughter at night and telling her how their aunt was going to be a renowned writer fifty times over. "Perhaps you should aspire to be a renowned playwright like your grandmother or a renowned writer like your aunt when you are older?" He offered as small comment to her. When his daughter slept, he went to visit his sister to speak to her about melancholy-- knowingly oblivious as to why his sister felt so melancholic but trying to console her nonetheless with words of the Seven Skies and of God.

  9. "Tuvyic" Dima emphasized to point out the pronunciation mistake, having a light smile on his face as he did so, "Carrion-Tuvyic."
  10. Father Dima Carrion stood up to speak, "While I do believe this ecumenical council to be rushed in the first 'phase' compared to that of the ecumenical coucil I attended under James II-- for what sake I do not understand-- I want to state that while it may be possible for Queen Viktoria to be a blessed, it is against Canon Law to even suggest she is. According to Canon Law, Chapter 4 §3, a Blessed must, "Have been deceased for more than five years,". While I have never met Queen Viktoria, who might I add is my aunt to show familial ties to her, to claim she is blessed is invalid as she has not passed in 1802 and it is 1804. And again, there are no stated miracles attributed to Queen Viktoria. Should you want to change the Canon Law for either of these reasons, I would be more than happy to vote, however, as of now, it is against Canon Law. So, again, I advocate for her veneration alongside the addition of Queen Maya of Muldav who is a just woman. I also call for the council to spend more time deliberating as this mistake is glaring and yet there are already votes on the issue. Do we wish for an ecumenical council to be guided by the Lord...? Then let us think before acting, brothers. Dima peered into the eyes of Owyn III as he said his words, sitting down right after.

  12. Father Dima Carrion attended the ecumenical council. He trudged through the clergy in attendance, peering over to Cardinal St. Julia and taking up a seat next to the good Cardinal. The two exchanged some quiet remarks, with some topic being discussed on something or another. After their light conversation, the priest stood and proclaim for the room to hear, "I would like to back the movement to approve the veneration of Father Pius of Sutica for his countless works and accomplishments including his excellent compiled commentaries of the Scrolls he has made. I would like for the council to not consider the beatification of Queen Viktoria var Ruthern as no mentions of the miracles they have been made have been said, but call for the council to consider the veneration of Queen Viktoria var Ruthern, in addition to High Pontiff Pontian III and Queen Maya of Muldav being added to the list of venerated. Furthermore, I back the movement to approve the veneration of all previous High Pontiffs." After speaking, the priest sat down and continued his conversation with the Cardinal quietly.
  13. Vivyne Ravexi murmured quietly to her kin within the Velu'Asath, "A dream of Malinor..." Perhaps she would have her dream realized at least.
  14. Griffith of Gwynon read through his old copy of the Dialogues that Father Pius gave to him, beginning in the Bjorn section. As he read through the work, he came to his realization that he read not for the meaning of the words on the page, but read for any semblance of words Father Pius had spoken. He felt as he would cry at the reminder his friend had passed but was reminded that soon he would be up in the Skies with his friend, so his sadness was overcome by joy.
  15. Name: Father Dima Carrion. Age: 21. Gender: Male. Experience: Pilgrimages and mountaineering.
  16. Father Dima offered a kind congratulations to both his father-in-law and his aunt, stating he hopes the best for them both. He hopes in his heart that this wedding would be one of love and one that lasts even unto the Seven Skies themselves.
  17. Griffith of Gwynon bought a copy of the book and gave it a good read over. He sent a letter, addressed from Gwynon, to Manfried's office telling him that he hopes the Archbishop continues the good work he has been doing for the Lord and His Church.
  18. FROM ILLUSION TO REVELATION; THE SYNOD OF THE INTERCESSION An icon depicting the intercepted vote casted by Cardinal St. Publius and stopped by Blessed Seraphim of Leora made and blessed by Father Dima in Akritian-Raevir style. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ To our bond-brothers in the Lord, Within this piece, we have both documented a holy apparition of Blessed Seraphim of Leora, and a calling of a conclave for the next High Pontiff. It is imperative in understanding the weight of this to know that, in his lifetime, Blessed Seraphim strove to root out corruption in our Church. Under prelest, I Cyril Cardinal St. Publius voted for Laurence Cardinal Albarosa. Upon casting my first vote, a strange happening occurred which initially obstructed it and caused great discord in the proceedings. Unbeknownst to me at the time, it had been intercepted by the Apparition of Blessed Seraphim. Foolishly, and blind to God’s hand in events, I casted this vote a second time. The Apparition of Seraphim then chose to appear to me as I sought guidance with Father Dima. Before us, he stood with a stern expression as he brought to our attention the evil he tried to prevent. May you learn as we have from his words as much as we have. Your bond-brothers in the Lord, Cyril Cardinal St. Publius, FSSCT Father Dima Carrion, FSSCT ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ THE HOLY APPARITION OF BLESSED SERAPHIM OF LEORA According to Cyril Cardinal St. Publius, FSSCT and Father Dima Carrion, FSSCT Written by Father Dima Carrion, FSSCT I, Father Dima Carrion, write this with sadness in my heart--such a sadness that it bleeds onto the parchment as would ink. As a man who studied under Father Pius of Sutica (who ascended into the heavens himself, by a miracle I shall recount the story at a later date), I have never intended to write such a damning piece against the Holy Father. However, seeing as I have been told to record the apparition of the Blessed Seraphim of Leora, I must. I have written both my recollection and Cardinal St. Publius’ (once Cardinal St. Publius) recollection of this event. May the Lord and His saints guide my hand in writing true and just words. The Pied Piper piece written by the niece of the former High Pontiff, James II--God rest his soul--spurred confusion and frustration within the souls of my brother and I. As such, we decided to confront Ms. Virosi on this very issue, but before doing so, we prayed to God and the Blessed Seraphim (for he is intelligent beyond comparison to the Spirit of Today and a former member of our fraternity). After nightly mass, we went into the nave of the Cathedral of the Ascent of Ex. Godfrey to pray for discernment. A miracle occured. What seemed to be clouds filled the roof of the cathedral near the Cross of Lorraine. A glimmer of what lay inside of the clouds was shown to us, but I am unable to try to describe it, trying thrice over. Out of the clouds descended Blessed Seraphim of Leora. He flew down, being gripped on both arms by many holy pigeons. His Eminence and I stood shocked at the very sight of this miracle, and fell prostrate. Verily, before we even had time to open our mouths, the Blessed one began to speak. He responded to our prayers in Rhenyari (I have translated to the common tongue for the reader) thus: “With fear of God, and faith and love, draw near. Wisdom! Attend! That ye might hear the words of this humble slave of the One God. I say unto thee, son of Godwin, wisdom exalts her children, and too is it the fruit of our love for God. Ye must be vigilant, and guarded from evil in all things; suffer not to make of thyself the subject of a foolish man, for the delusion of the spirit takes hold in all. I speak to ye justly, that ye have erred in the sins of the day and for it has the Deceiver taken ye into his arms just as he has those blinded servants of our Lord God whom too prostrate firstly before the throne of the Vicar of God and not God Himself. Forsaken words upon the wind’s transit, we do so exalt the Lord, in begging patience. For it is the gateway to wisdom and to the Lord, where rashness so does become the gateway to perdition. Purge thyself from wrongdoing and think long upon the path before ye, else ye disgrace thyself before thine people.” After being admonished by the Blessed Theologian himself, his Eminence responded with a question: “O Holy one, how foolish I was to have fallen under prelest and sway of the Evil One. How may I remedy my sin and redeem myself?” “Wisdom! Attend! Virtue was preserved only by keepers of ashen urns, paupers, and princes of piety, who were the champions of God. So do we weep for our blessed church, once of kingly and righteous virtue, unerring in the laurel bequeathed unto her by the Exalted Prophets of yore. Pride burns such a hateful thing before the eyes of God and his creation. And so should ye elevate a slave for the Lord, not a ruler who seeks to make slaves of all men. So that it was, two brothers who preserved the Word of God, the Spirit and the Virtue, Evaristus and Clement, again must two brothers join in the sanctification of virtue and goodliness. A pious and humble church, foremost slaves in God and not masters of mankind. A throne mounted by prelest, and through it, I point towards the evil that has formented itself in the House of God. I speak the Lord’s wisdom unto thee. Guard thy home to strange men for the schemes of the deceitful are many. The soul of a proud man is the fruit of evil, for he lies in wait to turn all good deeds to wickedness. That he may attach fault to the good one chooses. Beware the evildoer and his scheming, lest ye befall the lasting blame he brings upon thine house, which is the house of the Lord. [As min katastrafoún ta kaká tou símera. O Theós édose stin anthropótita ta mésa gia ti syzítisi. Mátia, aftiá, mia glóssa kai mia kardiá apó tin opoía prépei na skeftoúme. To pnévma tou kaloú kai tou kakoú kai i epilogí tous. Ypsóste ton Kýrio kai doxáste ton Ypsóste ton Kýrio kai doxáste ton diatiróntas to Sóma kai to Kopádi tou. Eímaste óloi sklávoi tou Theoú…]” A detail: His Eminence and I speak Rhenyari only as a second tongue, so we were unable to fully comprehend the comments of the blessed one as he admonished us on the Spirit of the New Age, and on our bondage. I have written down what we believe we heard, but we cannot confirm this part--thus, we are humbled. Blessed Seraphim, please forgive us for not being unable to write down these words in proper order. “Wisdom! Attend! My brothers in God. Do not allow disgrace to befall the good ye have done, nor the good ye shall come to do. The wise man will advance himself by his words, and so too shall ye. And with thine wisdom are the keys to His House, O Shepherds of Men. The Law of the Lord shines forth, gleaming and radiant. The sinner is blinded to the Lord, and in his blindness ye shall overcome the evils he sows. Evil can never befall the man who fears the Lord, but shall deliver him again and again. Do not allow the unvirtuous to conceal their evil, who act in the pretense of goodliness and pretend as the righteous. For none are righteous but the Lord! Kýrie éleison! Kýrie éleison! Kýrie éleison! Kýrie éleison! Kýrie éleison! Kýrie éleison! Kýrie éleison! Kýrie éleison! Kýrie éleison! Kýrie éleison! Kýrie éleison! Kýrie éleison!” Once the Blessed Seraphim finished his proclamation to us, his holy pigeons carried him back into the clouds whence he came. After witnessing this apparition, we both rushed to record what had occurred. O Holy Blessed Seraphim of Leora, if I did not write down your words exactly as they were said, cast lightning on me so I may die for my transgressions! And if I did so, may you bless our Holy Mother Church and guide Her to redemption. Through the prayers and intercessions of the Most Blessed Mother of Peace, Saint Jude of Petrus, Blessed Seraphim of Leora, Venerable Pius of Sutica, and of all the saints, Amen. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Following, we immediately sought out Johan Cardinal Aquila. Though he was recently restored to the cardinalate, he was much disheartened, for his Holy Father had cast him aside so easily. We revealed to him the words of the apparition, exactly as we have recounted them here. Though he hesitated, he saw a sign of the truth of our words: an eagle, the symbol of his house and his saintly father, set alight on the Basilica’s steeple. Thus he obeyed Blessed Seraphim’s command as well. Upon this revelation, we must make right and cast our votes true of heart. For there to be any faith from the laity, we must speak honestly and freely - let us stand before our flock, and let them see us cast these votes in person, not obscured by purple drapes. May it be not only the eyes of God and our Vice-Chancellor, but all, who see this event. Thus the concerns of the faithful are assuaged. Aloud to the crowd, we will make clear our positions, and by this we shall not fall prey to deceit and lowly personal ambitions. Present yourselves at the Cathedral of the Ascent of Ex. Godfrey, mere steps from where our fair James II passed less than a year ago. We must stand together as brothers; let us not be divided nor estranged. Having received the message of Blessed Seraphim, we will preside over this council in the style of the High Priests Sts. Evaristus and Clement, and ensure none are shouted down by the Deceiver. Now more than ever, the will of the faithful must not be allowed to crack under the Evil One’s schemes. Personal invitations are delivered to the Synod as it stood before the false election of Laurence Pruvia-Albarosa: His Eminence, Amadeus Cardinal Sutica @Caranthir_ His Eminence, Manfried Cardinal St. Julia @GoldWolfGaming His Eminence, Ailred Cardinal Reinmar @argonian His Eminence, Alfred Cardinal Jorenus @Froschli His Eminence, Johan Cardinal Vuiller @Harald His Eminence, Laurence Cardinal Albarosa @Draeris Additional invitations are delivered to all ordained clergymen, and a general invitation to the Canonist laity.

  20. Father Dima Carrion, FSSCT was the bedside of his dear friend when the priest passed in accompany with their brother, Cardinal St. Publius. For a moment, he did not believe it to be true. How could Father Pius be taken so soon from him? In Dima’s head, the elf-priest was to outlive all the priests and thensome, but the consumption took too much of a toll on Pius’ body. As he sat there, holding Pius’ hand, he, after so many years, let himself cry on elf’s arm. His tears and sobbing poured on until they were immediately interrupted as he began to smell the body. It was the sweetest smell the Carrion had ever smelt before. Myrrh he thought to himself, he’s streaming myrrh… does that mean..? As he raised his head to look up, he saw the specter of his friend smiling upon him over the body. “Do not be afraid, Father Dima and Cardinal St. Publius. I have not left you. Verily, in the heavens I am always with you now, more so than I ever was down below.” The tears from Dima’s face began to pour again, but this time they were of happiness. Both Cardinal St. Publius and he watched as the specter ascended above. All he could do was sit there until he thought of what to do next. He needed to relay the message that his friend passed into the Seven Skies without a doubt. He ran over the desk to wrote down what had transpired from his own perspective and the Cardinal's. He recounted the events word for word in his head until a sudden coughing fit overwhelmed him. He covered his hands over his mouth, but after he lifted his hands off his mouth, that’s when he noticed a droplet of blood on them.

  22. Griffith of Gwynon found his peace at last, but it was not in Gwynon. He learned of the news of James II's death from Beatrice Virosi firsthand. He offered a small prayer to Blessed Seraphim to take care of his dear friend. Did the prayer ever find its way to Seraphim? he wondered. How many more friends of his had to die and how many more friends did he have to outlive until he was able to see God at last?
