KoTo 610 Share Posted January 17, 2015 Since most of my pre-staff days were spent making feedback on war rules, I'd like to volunteer.
Peter Chivay 2494 Share Posted January 17, 2015 I would like to volunteer myself to help with the war rules. Edit - My ideas would be primarily based upon a system that I created with the help of a few others which can be found here: https://www.lordofthecraft.net/topic/90652-ooc-rules-dwarven-v-oren-conflict/ along with the input of others aswell as tweaks to fit modern times if I am chosen.

Vanir 693 Share Posted January 17, 2015 I would like to volunteer. I was in the process of writing up a new Casus Belis system that I wished to get feedback on, and I'd love to be able to contribute to future WC updates

Sultan 3953 Share Posted January 17, 2015 No raids, and make it up to nation leaders to accept or deny claims. All you need, other than that let each Warclaim be made up by the players honestly meh if I was not tired right now I can come up with a system lol
L0rdLawyer 2272 Share Posted January 17, 2015 I volunteer and also, why not do a system like Mount and Blade: Warband? Just do it where you have to have an official declaration of war setup and then you need to go around. You need to get catapults, ballistas, and such made in rp with a gm over seeing or pre-built ones (orcs). Then have the opposing nation do skirmishes, raids on vassals and settlements of that nation, and then sieges. Take over farm lands or military outposts such as the dwarven sea port and then slowly take over an empire till you have full control. That is just meh idea. o-o

Ricky 321 Share Posted January 17, 2015 I'm quite a vocal person, been saying this for a while, that the war rules should be a fair system making war fun, unlimited but fairly punishing to those who want it and that it should never effect those who do not want it. I already drew up a replacement system a while ago but never posted it but I imagine if I updated it to the current situation and finnished it, it would bring some good points to the argument.

Samson Option 9652 Share Posted January 18, 2015 I volunteer considering: I've been on a prior war claim team I've been a GM during one of the biggest wars arguably I'm typically relied on for this sort of role play I've been witness and or participant to most wars on the server
Kitten 367 Share Posted January 18, 2015 Let raids happen at intervals but don't require small plot owners to cough up their plots.
