As you wander the inn, taking in the many sights and sounds of conversation and tea time. But a scroll on the wall soon catches your attention. If one were curious enough to approach and read it, they would presented with the following:

 

 

A tradition held since the days of the first blessed city, the Mali’aheral are requested to fill in citizenship forms to allow themselves to receive a home. Prior forms sent in during the days of Annil’sul or later are still acceptable, though few records survive of those from the cities prior, hence all those who have not filled out an application are requested to do such.

 

Housing is granted to those who have been most patient and pure. Larger homes will be granted for couples or families, and do note such in your application to indicate that you are willing to share a home with multiple citizens (those under the age of 50 are deemed minors and do not require citizenship.)

 

Those who are not of Mali’thill blood, though have been granted permission to live within the city must inquire with the Okarir’mali or the Sohaer to discuss housing arrangements, for it is rare for such an event to occur. An application may need to be filled if requested by the respective authorities.

The Okarir’mali also wishes to note that modification of homes is not permitted, and doing such will result in eviction.

How long have you resided with the blessed Mali’aheral? I have been of Mali'aheral blood all my life, but have not had the honor of residing with many. I have, however, interacted a great deal with Mali'aheral of note, such as Kalameet.

 

Why do you wish to become a citizen of our cihi? To aid in the progression of our race, and to reside with others of like mind.

What does maehr'sae hiylun'ehya mean to you? It is what every Mali'aheral should follow; to be knowledgeable and healthy. I, myself, have been an avid follower of this principle, particularly respecting the "maehr'sae", also known as the pursuit of knowledge.

 

What is your personal vision for our blessed race? Progress is the key. I envision us progressing rapidly under the lead of our Sohaer. Both magical and scientific progression is the path we must take.
