I think it really depends.
If it's for medical purposes, it can be like this:

Say you get seizures.

A lot of the medicine for epilepsy is very dangerous, strong, and can have just overall awful side effects, and even after all that, it still has a high chance of not working.

 

In this case, marijuana would be a safer choice, and would probably work a bit better.

 

Sometimes I worry that prescription drugs are like killing a rat by bringing in a tiger, then killing the tiger by bringing in a warship from an enemy country, and marijuana is at the very least natural. Instead of killing the rat by bringing in a tiger, it's like having pest control come and kill every little thing like bugs and stuff, but then they steal a wedding ring or something. I dunno if that makes sense, but that's how I see it.

I think the war on drugs should be ended, but I absolutely disapprove of the use of any drug, be that alcohol or smoking in general. It's only bad for you. While a "high" for a little bit would probably be cool, it's still inhaling smoke. If you adhere to weed culture, you're a punk ass. Smoking is for degenerates.

 

I also think that everyone included below should read up on what smoking does to you.
