Banishment

 Share

Recommended Posts

With the respective authority of the Northern Commonwealth, supported by the Northshow Doctrine, a formal banishment will be of act as of now towards enemies of the Orenian North.

All relatives and associates of the rogue ‘De Bolbec’ bloodline are hereby to be exiled from Northern territories. If they do tread upon our prosperous lands, they will be killed on sight. The Commonwealth would like other states to understand the threat they form to society.

The ‘De Bolbec’ are charged with;

  • High Treason towards the Northern Commonwealth and the Motherland Oreni government, including the socializing with the enemy Dwarven State and leaking of information to the midget king.

  • The kidnapping and manslaughter of a respective figure from the clergy, this act being a huge disgrace to the Holy Creator and His faithful.

  • The theft of valuable items providing knowledge and nourishment to the people of the Commonwealth.

  • Plotting to assassinate the respective Lord Otto Arius de Bar and his successor, Karl Barbanov.

A letter is also sent to the Kingdom of Oren, asking that the ones of 'De Bolbec' be fully banished not from the Northern Lands, but Orenia itself.

The responsible accomplice of the “De Bolbec” have proven incompetent in their politics, the consequence of the "Nardin" being:

  • The Nardin bloodline is hereby 'blackmarked' in the Northern States under the Kingdom of Oren, losing their generously given authority over several internal political institutions.

  • Their respective holding of Drakenburgh is hereby ceded to Lord Otto de Bar, the transition must happen within 2 saint's days.

  • Marco Nardin is to be trialed on the charges of plotting to assassinate the respective Lord Otto Arius and his successor Karl Barbanov.

-Otto Arius de Bar, Count of Ayr

-Karl Barbanov, Baron of Kovir

-Casimiro Franco Visconti, Chancellor

Publius spits with rage hearing this.

"It would be merciful to leave these men off without their lives. Off with their hands and feet, out with their eyes and tongue! To betray Oren, is to betray humanity! I'm sure they and Kalenz would get along just fine..."

Disgusted, he makes sure his men know the name, so they may arrest those bearing it.

Cederick de Bolbec scoffs upon reading this.

[!] A notice is pinned underneath

"Unjust, false and downright pathetic charges are brought unto me.

For I have been burdened with the consequences of such allegations, without even being consulted to defend mine self.

Then so be it, Oren and the Commonwealth. Create further political instability, and futherly allow Athera to see what your leadership is truly like.

I can confirm that you have now lost approximately half of the Commonwealth, and I hope that the remaining years of this so called alliance is prosperous, and allows for your puppetmaster, Oren to amuse themselves until they are bored of you.

Cederick de Bolbec."

"Half the Commonwealth?" says Ferdinand, apparently amused. "This fools talks of what he does not know. I recall only over seeing two de Bolbecs in Ayr, and I have never seen a de Bolbec bannerman."

Amoss Laughs as Cederick shows him the poster "Pathetic Orenians"

((Lol no matter how cool the de Bolbec's are, any association with Amoss is the quickest way to get rid of any street cred you ever had, or ever will have.))

Reading the notices Cederick has put up, Publius frowns deeply. With the man's intentions for treachery posted about Oren, he can only shake his head, not even needing to spread the word himself. He almost laughs out loud hearing of an association between the de Bolbec's and Amoss, his frown turning into a dastardly smile.

"Literally disgusting. They should build a guild hall for their filthy friends and family, so we may see the vermin of Oren go up in smoke as we burn it down."

He continues on about his day, pointing out the notices to passersby, and encouraging them to leave them up, rather than tear them up in outrage, so others may recognize the de Bolbec's for traitors.
