In times of internal strife, it is up to the Lord Marshal to reinstate order where the Lord Justicar cannot, in order to ensure the stability of the Kingdom.

 

 

Several residents of Praedium are hereby charged with disturbing the peace, plotting treason against the Reformed Kingdom, and provocation of internal strife within the Duchy of Akovia.

 

Thus, on this day, the 12th of the First Seed, 1509, a state of Martial Law is hereby declared in the Barony of Praedium and all lands under the jurisdiction of Baron Jacque de Praedium. This state of Military Occupation will only be lifted after at least one year ((one week)) of co-operation between the residents of Praedium and the National Guard force that is stationed in her lands. The verdict in the trial of Baron Jacque de Praedium will determine who shall lead the Barony after Martial Law is lifted.
