The Final Words From A Disgruntled Old Halfling

Yeah, I made another topic. My last topic. Deal with it.

 

Here's my halfling background: joined server in Asulon 2012, joined halflings very soon after. Stayed in and out of activity with them for the last three years, becoming Elder a few times when it was necessary. I've built hundreds of burrows and easter eggs. I've actually come to know the misunderstood man known as Dalek, and if you don't piss him off, he's actually one of the better people to talk to on this server. Funny right?

 

The halfling crisis of 2015 was the final push I really needed to call it quits. LoTC has been a part of my life for three years, and honestly, I really need to get the f*** away from Minecraft.

 

My time on the server was primarily spent with the druids and halflings, both of which were fantastic communities. I don't remember a better time in RP than 2.5 Kalos as a new druid. With the druids my forest dwarf char rose to Archdruid multiple times, and finally he retired as a hierophant. I also got to use my own magic lore, shapeshifting. That was pretty cool.

 

My view on the whole halfling crisis has been said throughout the thousand of shitstorm posts I made regarding the matter. To sum it up, I think it is the dumbest thing the staff has done during my time on the server. There was no need. Who gives a flying f*** if an inactive community retains control over the smallest region on the map? If we had a halfling GM, maybe he would have been able to properly explain that the halflings are and have never been fully active, and have always been a vacation race.

 

Enough about that. I'm done stressing over the events on a fantasy roleplay minecraft server that means nothing when you close your laptop screen. I'm done.

 

Please ban both of my Minecraft accounts, cmack1028 and FreeTheHalflings.

Please ban my forum account.

 

And lastly, I'd like to apologize for contributing in the hell risen on the forums. We were mad. I was mad. I will take responsibility and say I led the risen shitstorm from the halflings' side. I'm sorry to the playerbase for feeding you meaningless and frankly useless posts on the forums. I'm sorry for any stress this may have caused anyone. I'm sorry for the harsh words. Most importantly, I'm sorry to any new players that joined the server during this mess. LoTC is a great escape, and I hope all of you can see past the rage of a few disgruntled players and enjoy yourselves.
