torches_by_qualisin-d74ng3x.jpg

It is dark. The stars shine brightly, the night silent besides bugs and birds occasionally filling the Island with sounds. Suddenly a multitude of low though long horn blows echo throughout the area.. These continue for a span of five minutes. Kharajyr near or far would hear these, signalling the death of the Tlatlanni. Mukar stands awaiting within the opening chamber of the temple, accompanied by the Moongazers, each clad in their spiritual robes.

As the Kharajyr in the immediate would gather, their faces worn in sadness, though no words spoken as each would understand the situation. Mukar and the priests offer each Kha’ a torch making sure each are prepared. He begins hir silent march out of the Temple, lighting hir torch on the many braziers surrounding the Island. Assuming the other Kharajyr are following, he continues down the hill of which the Temple resides. Mukar  leads the group down through the deep jungle with a torch and trident in hand.

The grouping eventually makes it to the mountainside where Mukar stops, he plants hisr torch into the ground as he walks hobbles up the mountains. Mukar continues past the many Gy’Waka nests, motioning for the Kha’ to continue following him. Before finally reaching the waterfall. They step through a gap that would happen to be seen at the top. Once through the Kharajyr who had followed would be greeted with a strange sight, a cave small in size.. Mukar  allows time for the Kha’ to wring water from their fur and hair, standing within the small cave..

“Pa fedr ran.”

Before entering Mukar picks up a stone brick, motioning silently for each Kharajyr to pick up one of their own. Once entered they would be greeted by the fallen Tla’. The remains of Metztlis first chosen, Tla’Xerdun, lay on the stone floor.

“Sa’vi Metztlis chosen.”

Mukar speaks silently and stands motionless for a short moment for each Kharajyr to take it in. Though Mukars posture does not falter or laze, having made peace with the situation the best he can, standing strong for the Kharajyr.

Mukar haws cawlled the Kharajyr here tu lay thaw past Tlatlanni tu rest.. Mukar  hupes each Kha’ cawn pay sume sawrt awf respects awr wurds, fawr he ensured ou’ah race survived in the very begining, in Asulon, in Va’Khajria, bawt et is awl’ryght tu remayn silent.”

Mukar then moves to place a small stone brick by the side of Xerduns remains. Bowing his head as he kneels beside it. “Mukar thanks yaw for all thawt yaw did in Va’Khajria, yaw hawv secured ou’ah place in survival, thaw children awv Metztli thanks yaw for yawr past awn will allow yaw, at lawng last, to be awt peace awn with Metztli.”

Mukar turns to the other Kharajyr to stand amongst them, letting them speak if they so choose.

(( :C So we found Xerduns remains and through moongazing we attained knowledge which lead us to believe it is indeed Tla’Xerdun. Even though he is no longer around on LoTC I would still like to say thank you to Xerdun for putting so much into our race in the past and ensuring its survival and implemention.  Make an RP post of what your Kha’ would say etc and place your Kha’s stone around Xerduns remains as he/she finishes please, we’ll continue this probably tomorrow so that y’all can get your word in before finishing. Thanks.))

Ja'Zar nods, walking forth, and placing a stone down. It's smooth, egg shaped. As he leaves, he lets out a sigh.

Virgil walks over to the tomb most likely following Inaijno, he would be carrying a small smooth stone and places it on top of the tomb frowning "I bets you were good..." he turns and walks away sad for somebody he never met, just knowing their importance to the Khas

Luna trudges to the tomb with a stone in hand, she looks back to her mother Ara before gently placing the rock on the tomb. She closes her eyes at the thought of the Kha she never met and mumbles "I wish we could have met." before slowly going back to Ara frowning.

(This is a great post, here is my RP response:)

Near the middle of the line, Nox looked on at the fallen Tlatlanni sadly. the line came forward, each step the stone in her hands grew heavier, finally right next to the failed Tlatlanni, she stooped down and played the stone down next to the other Kha's stones. "Thank you fowr saving us and helping us survive" she murmured, before glancing back, and leaving along with the other kha.

Ja’Atl bowed his head, jaws parting as he gawked at the remnants of the original Tlatlanni. He stood there, silent. He was simply at a loss for words.
