I, Wretched, fully acknowledge that if roleplay in the region in question does not occur, or player retention of the area depreciates to a level where hardly any active RP remains in the area, then the area will be removed, ruined or naturalized by GMs/ET members with a 1 week probationary period.

Additional Roleplay:

The drumming of hammers and construction comes to cease, the Library stands in full glory at last with its spectral master within, sorting the various books onto the shelves so that the descendants may make full use of it. Alas the library is large and knowledge is a slow thing to harness - help would be required, a guild, no less. And thus it was decided that the once secretive Order of Dragur was to be reforged in a new light, allowing for great advances in the pursuit of knowledge.

The land of the library would come to be known as entirely neutral land. Beings of all backgrounds and ilk may wander its expansive shelves, with the scholars of Dragur to act as its keepers, and protectors. The goals of the library and those that inhabit it remain quite simple - to write and collect knowledge. A simple task with many roads, and thus, many roles to fill. The librarian Orithur would stand before the great structure with a swell of pride at what it already was, and what it could soon become.

Azrael would sign the charter. His narrow digits, making way for the short ink-job upon the paper.

Callax's thin and spindly hand trembles lightly as he caresses a quill, fanning it back and forth whilst he reads the words of the charter upon the parchment. After adjusting his spectacles on his nose and closer to his eyes, he looms forward and proceeds to sign his simple name, with a very time-taking leisure, in detailed and incredibly slanted letters.
