A Light to Remember

On the 14th, The First Seed in 1557, many saw a beam of light breaking the skies, and followed it leading to Aethermoor, a settlement south of Vandoria. As people came to inspect, many were surprised to see a festival going on, and soon took part.

 

 

The beacon of light continued to shine through the festival, as the people attending could be heard cheering, laughing, and enjoying the festivities around. Games, food, and merriment continued into the night, as the festivities drew to a close, many held a candle, which was alight at the end. Soon, A sea of an orange glow could be seen, emanating from the settlement of Aethermoor. At that moment, the sounds died down to a time of peace and joy, as the beacon still beamed throughout the night.

 

As the people leave after the festival ends, many of the stall owners pack their things for another time to reopen. 

 

A man looking above from the clocktower in the center of town, watching them as they pack and return to their homes. 

 

"I would say.. this turned out very well. No fight or death in sight. Maybe in time.. We can have these festivals continue." says the man as his gaze turns to the seas. 

 

 

"With time we have, we can change the future to make it better.. maybe with peace and happiness.." 

 

"With many smiling faces brought upon from the light of Aethermoor, can it give hope to some?" he ask himself. 

 

"Maybe with this light shall guide many to the bright future ahead of them. " 

 

"With time and a brighten future.. many can change the world into something better.." 

 

 

(Thanks JakeSTF and Stormclank for helping us out with this huge festival, I didn't expect about +40 to come here. No pvp, no trolling it went very well and handled. And thank everyone who showed up with great enjoyable RP. It was done with only a few days of planning and work. Hope everyone who came to the festival enjoyed it. We have some already scheduled plans ahead.

((Truly a glorious event... Reminds me of this festival that was held back in Anthos. LOVED IT. Very well organized and executed, especially getting all those players online to man the booths.

Anyways, should do another again sometime for another special occasion lol. T'was great. ))

((I was this festival's primary planner, and I have to say, I was honored to be allowed the chance! I already have more ideas on the way, and will definitely do more in the future. It was more successful than I ever thought it could be! We are planning another, with a lottery, and perhaps a diving contest, and I'd love to see you all there. Thank you so very much for the wonderful turnout.))
