Zhulik 3559 Share Posted July 19, 2016 Hello Lord of the Craft, today I write about why mister Joey "Kincaid" Calabreeni was wrongfully imprisoned. Kincaid is a good, hardworking boy from Illinois with little time able to enjoy the internet's basket of bread. Every day he goes to work, is yelled at by his superiors only to return late at night in attempt to relax. Now you see, Kincaid isn't old enough to consume liquor. He's a good guy, a guy who believes in temperance and the wisdom of the gospel. He's a good christian with his entire life ahead of him. Kincaid does not and will not consume alcohol to fill the emptiness that is his void, thus he attempts to relax by playing online with fellow Trump Supporters. He's gonna grow up to be a doctor and has been a good member of this community for five years! Kincaid is a lad who for days in Illinois campaigned for what he believed in, and now it's my duty to campaign for HIM. Therefore, I shall list the reasons why Kincaid should be freed. 1) This is his first offense, the staff 'claims' he was x-raying yet banned him for three entire months. That's ninety days, twelve weeks. People recently have gotten banned for the same crime and less time, a single month. This is bias and wrong. People who are perma banned are unbanned frequently yet people cannot free Kincaid? Kincaid quite literally did nothing wrong, and if he did, I'm certain it was out of exhaustion. And to be honest, come on, I guarantee everyone here's x-rayed from time to time (mind you, I am not claiming Kincaid did!) 2) Only one person was 'witness' to this supposed crime, Wrynn. Now, let's just use some mathematics... Assuming there are roughly 300 people on the server that alternate between timezones, 1 person makes up 0.00333 percent of the entire server population. Wrynn was that 0.00333%- It's less than 1%. My point is, Wrynn's testimony is worth far less than a flip of a coin. Infact, it's garbage in the eyes of solid mathematical practice. If this is the precedent we wish to set, then I'd like to propose a ban on Faiz Kharadeen as I saw him x-raying late at night as I am now that 0.00333%. No one can validate my claims, but by prohibiting Kincaid a trial it also set the precedent that Faiz doesn't deserve one either. 3) People have recently gotten unbanned for far worse things. For example, Malgonius was recently unbanned following the use of like, 24 alts which is even more illegal than Kincaid's supposed crime. His ban was to remain permanent, yet the staff decided to Free Malgonius. Mizu also had a permanent ban and was set free. I call for a staff vote to determine whether Kincaid's sentence should be shortened as his supposed 'x-raying' brothers have been banned for a single month whereas he was banned for three! 4) Kincaid is a good member of this community. Kincaid has been on the server for five years and has not shown any hate nor cruelty to anyone on the server. Kincaid is the model player, he's hard working and enjoys a good joke or two. He's a good italian boy and loves his human roleplay. He used to be a Teuton in his youth and was scared after Mirtok threatened to behead him if he leaked information about the nuclear warhead he was developing. Kincaid, I believe, has had a history of being coerced into doing naughty things, like allowing members of the United States Airforce to develop nuclear warheads to destroy a minecraft roleplay server. Kincaid quite literally dindu nuffin. Kincaid is innocent. 5) Kincaid, since his ban, can be heard sobbing late at night as he plays Civ 5 alone and afraid. He was a doctor in Minecraft, and now the staff has stolen it from him. By banning him, it forced him to join a prison gang known as "The Alphonsian Regiment". Banning him ruined his life and sent him down a dark spiral into the abyss. These are my reasons why Kincaid should be unbanned, he's a good boy. P.S. I am in no way affiliated with Joey "Kincaid" Calabreeni's defense team, I am merely a concerned bystander frightened by the precedent and increase of power the staff has exhibited through its bias rulings. 22 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Overnight it has ravaged my body leaving me bedridden and when I do get up to hobble pathetically to the restroom it burns when I pee. i am here today to speak about my dear friend Joey, who many of you know as Kincaid. Joey is a young boy who ALLEGEDLY made one mistake and was dealt a heavy punishment by the staff when there are far more cretinous evil doers that deserve a ban (i'm looking at you jojoma). While I would like to go to Heaven already to be reunited with loved ones loss and end this decrepite state I've entered, I cannot drift into the light knowing Joey has not been pardoned.
