We are looking to fill our ranks with driven, hardworking people who have a knack for creating intricate plot lines and building dynamic sites/locations. With that in mind, here’s more info on the current team. Management Agenda: 3/5/2017 - 5/5/2017We currently have a management plan for the next two months that's open to the public eye, currently sensitive information has been kept from the public eye but we are fine with all the other material being out for public ease of access. ET Management Plan Effective immediately we will be moving to begin our 61 day plan to bring about exponential growth in the scope and quality of events done by actors while also moving to be proactive with reforms that encourage both teamwork and individual work. With the recent management rehaul and reforms, we have begun again to elaborate on the individual roles of our current managers, we have established their fields, and we are in the process of sorting out responsibilities in regards to the current team. Stricter ET Training System/Review: Find instructors who are friendly and work well with new team mates, try to teach them basic commands and give them examples of good events. Help guide them with their first few events to ensure that as few mistakes as possible occur within reason, help enhance their vocabulary, word usage, sentence structure, and acting capabilities with constructive criticism. Furthermore, Assassin and myself will be testing the actors and examining that current sect of the team in order to try to try and sort out inactivity. We will be doing a full review of every actor to ensure that they are producing exemplary events that are both fun to attend and articulately put, we have a couple of bad apples who have been circumventing this to provide events solely for friends or benefactors. A full list of new rules in the ET compendium will be established and reworked by the present management team. ET Restructuring:ET Actor - Actors only act, nothing further, they are trained by a Coordinator.ET Builder - Only builds, they are trained by Coordinators in the build section.ET Coordinator - Essentially helps train new ET and have dual roles on the team. They are people who have permission to build and act, and due to their heightened permissions they are expected to carry more roles and provide incentive for members of the team to improve.ET Manager - Secretaries to the ET Lead, they help conduct ET prerogatives and policies while also ensuring that Coordinators are not abusing their pex and carrying out their responsibilities. ET Selection:The selection of new members should not be done by vote or by full acceptance of the entire team or entire management, but should be done by the lead and his appointed managers when given permission to do so by the lead. The lead will listen to the voices of the management, and will most likely accept a veto on certain decisions. Things to be kept in mind when addressing candidates should be as following: 1.) Whether or not they can properly list key factors for a successful event. 2.) Past history involving bans and blacklists. 3.) Whether or not they could prove beneficial to the team with minimal training. I.E. no incompetent people. Present ET members should be conducting themselves appropriately and doing their share of the work. If they prove to be slacking off or do a poor job with accurately planning their events, they will be kicked or told to rectify the problem depending on the circumstance Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
