The Second Rose Transgression

The druids of Sutica finally left.

But in their leaving they left.. a surprise for those who banished them and evicted them.

With the Elder Tree ungrown there was now sunlight and the druids knew what to do.

Roses.

 

All around the stump they began using their gifts.

Roses growing from every spot they could possibly grow from.

And in the entrance to the grove a sign was placed.

 

This sign said:

"You banished us and evicted us, and this is our gift in return."

"You left us like rose petals on the evening wind, and with such we shall do the same to you."

 

The Axolotl Druid looked to the Rose Druid, nodding in approval of the scene taking place.

"Nature can do whatever it wants to the city. They evicted us from our home and banished us for reasons that their 'princess' deems good."

 

Soon after this event took place a letter went out to the Trade Princess of Sutica @SquirtGun , and it says:

"You banished us from our land and evicted the order that you wished peace with."

"But no matter, we have a new place in mind, far away from your barbaric city."

"Enjoy the roses, and take into mind they are the representation of the people you have wronged."

"Of the people and plants you have evicted from their home."

"I find it quite ironic though, that you are mad at us because of us wishing your city would go away yet you basically do the same thing to us without wishing."

"Banished three individuals, and all that was asked for was a genuine apology." She'd mutter as she began to make new mulch.

An old Druid grumbles as he begins to clean thousands of foreign roses from the grounds that he still cares for-- Which incidentally he announced multiple times.

 

"This was not the work of the Druids, this was the work of two Druids. And it did nothing but hurt us."

Yelfir grins his gaze looking at the sea of roses and thorns "A good ploy and a beautiful and fitting end for us leaveing but not as big as I hoped but better then nothing I would guess" He chuckles blowing white wisps of smoke into the air
