5595.8 Minas Completely Disappeared From My Persona

Good morning! Anyone who isn't a dev, please don't comment here unless I tagged you to confirm a payment you made to me.
 

This morning, I was wandering around Cloud Temple on my way to grind mining when I forgot what I was doing and ended up checking my bank. I was on my halfling persona, where I usually keep my minas, and to my horror I discovered that I had lost somewhere around 6000 minas and I had no idea how.

I checked my other persona, which had 0.0 minas, as he always had. 

I made all my minas (except for the minas here and there from killing mobs) from making skins and skinning new outfits for characters (which I do in rp, because my main character is a tailor,) and I have not bought anything with the money because I intended to save it to buy a plot of land and/or LC. I've compiled a bunch of screenshots for proof of the transactions.

(Bear with me, I posted the transactions here that had been done over the forums. I had to leave the house immediately after posting this to go on a two-hour road trip to my grandparents' house, but I'll be gathering screenshots from transactions that had been done over skype and adding them here, I promise! To clarify, I'm not asking for any sort of action to be made until I've compiled all my proof, though this may take a while since I've been doing commissions for a while now and some commissions may be buried. Oh god. All this because I neglected to look into the future and know to take a screenshot of my minas.

If there's any way bank receipts can be looked at for this to prove the older transactions so I don't have to rip my hair out searching for screenshots of them, that would be delightful.)

After running around like a chicken with my head cut off for several minutes, I remembered that I'd let @cablam use me for testing involving falling through the world into the void in the build server. At the time, I was unaware that you lose 50% of your minas every time you die, so I didn't think to move my minas back into the bank before volunteering. The only reason I had all of my minas on me at that time was because I like being able to just see how much I have total without having to run to a bank and I didn't know you lost minas upon death, I thought it was only items.
I used a calculator to backtrack and find my original total of minas based on the 799.4 I was left with, remembering that the number I had started with was 6000 + something. The answer I got was 6395.2, which seemed familiar, so that's good.

I understand that this probably isn't a lot of money compared to what other people have, but he loss of this many minas is really significant to me. If I wasn't getting good rp out of the server already I would be going inactive or quitting now, since this is months of savings lost in an alarmingly short time due to the fact that I wasn't informed of what the consequences of a relatively miniscule (and obliging!) action would be. As a student, I don't have time go around making high quality skins for free. I hardly even have time to make my own skins. 

In the future, if there is a future in which I attempt to save minas again, I'm going to be keeping better record of anything I can possibly lose in some freak accident like this. 

I'll be gone for the next two days at my grandparents' house, and I'll be able to log back onto the server on Sunday.

Nonetheless, Users like Native in the past have granted Players back 1/2 their losses in a case involving a player who had lost a chest filled with diamond blocks due to a glitch which was very compassionate. I know that sometimes Users like to simply say, "Sucks for you" in cases like these. Which is a great way to have bad relationships with the Users.
