Two missives on black wings fly towards the Orenain vassals.

The first missive

King in Rentaus

It is hereby decreed that the Holy Oren Empire shall henceforth be reorganized into the Kingdom of Renatus, all Kingdom level titles held by former Orenain vassals are thereby forfeit becoming Principalities.

The second missive reaches the Orenain Lords that have yet to bend the knee.

Canonius THE FIRST by the Grace of God of Renatus. To all Lords Temporal and all other Our Subjects whatsoever to whom these letters shall come, Greeting! Know Ye that We of Our especial grace certain knowledge and mere motion give thee two paths.

We has't in one hand the laurel of peace, prosperity, mercy, and dignity and held in mine other the sword of wrath, ruthlessness, ruin, and death. Many of thy peers has't already sworn allegiance and has't received their honors, chooseth thy path wisely. Giveth thy fealty and enjoy mine grace and thy proper lodging as noblemen to restore fair order to our lands. Moreover any insurgents and any Orenain remnants shall be dealt with swiftly.

8 minutes ago, A Moongazer said:

"Orens still here retard and we still own Adelburg, you have no land. **** off back to Aeldin or whereever you came from." says Felix.

Thomas Talbot wonders if Felix can back his words up with steel, hopeful this conflict will be well documented.

Aran Talraen pens a response, with the assistance of his City Administration.

"To the self proclaimed King of Renatus,

I have seen fit to inform you that any claims of authority you, in a fit of delusion, believe to wield, are naught but invalid in the eyes of GOD and Man alike. Your heinous offenses of the earthly law and IMPERIAL AUTHORITY graced by the Lord, I assure you, have not gone unnoticed and shall not go unpunished. In the name of the legitimate IMPERIAL ADMINISTRATION, the Imperial Capital of Adelburg under my guidance and my City Administration denounce your treasonous claims and affirm our loyalty to the HOLY EMPIRE and the IMPERIAL CROWN. Should you not withdraw your murderous hordes of mercenaries plaguing our Capital, retribution shall be swift, and GOD's wrath terrible.

His Excellency, Aran Talraen, High Seneschal of the Imperial Crown"

"The plot thickens," Victoria Vientos would comment upon seeing the missive, tucking it away in her missive drawer.

Basillia took out a note only to cross out the word 'emperor' and replace it with a 'king', barely fitting the word inbetween the lines of the list of things to do to restore her Fair Lorraine.

Francisca happens upon the missive; the child's lips forming a frown. "If they cannot fool a twelve year old with these lies, how do they expect to fool the adults?" And with that she crumbles up the paper and uses it for something much more useful, to kick around.

Elizaveta thought back to attending the coronation of the Child Emporer, allowing herself to be saddened by the events that brought this King to the throne but moving on as she found being upset required too much energy. ".. Unfortunate."

"An illegitimate upstart from a line of Horen full of degeneracy and thought to be extinct, he grasps at false ideals of by-gone eras and even names his pretend-kingdom after Renatus. Canonius is the devil in human skin, he claims not to hurt those of piousness, but cuts them down mere minutes later, has no comprehension of how to keep promises. He clearly seeks to destabilize humanity and balkanize one of the greatest nations to grace these lands. Do not trust the snake." remarks Thomas of Marna to his fellow Lucienists in the Rhodesian barracks.

"Imagine carrying a child for nine months, dedicating your life to raising it, only to give it a name like Canonius." The prince of Norseth'onn idly ponders.
