Rules on birds?!

Hello! I Decided, That seeing we are on a new map, I'll suggest an Idea for the community, and staff to talk about!

We have all had problems with Birds! We all love it and hate it at the same time. Yet I wanted to suggest an idea I had in mind. This idea is 100% changeable!

Anyways, With the new map here and all, I wanted to suggest removing birds, and implement a messenger system...

We have a great new map and wonderful new cities! We could have players, decide to RP as messengers or postmen! You could send soldiers to deliver messages! And actively using Paper, book, and quill and write letters, or send packages!

A city could have a post office, where boxes with addresses on them, where people can place the message in the box, but cant take it out again OR have one large box and a local postman delivers messages to mailboxes in the said city!

Sure we can still Use birds! but I suggest, we have a Gm Supervises the birds, This reason is, that messenger birds are sent to a building, where the bird's mate is. so unless you carry a bird with you, all the time, it might not work! Or implement a roll system to birds. This is so people will actively go to a post office or find a messenger and tell them to go deliver a message!

Wouldnt you like to see messengers in RP, and for example, important diplomatic messages could be intercepted and much more! I suggest we possibly give it a chance...Because mainly...do you see people telling their soldier or friend "would you mind sending this letter to so and so." or "Drop this off at the messenger post!". This also can prevent meta rallies as well, you can have a messenger run off OR you can maybe have gm watch over a bird or have more emotes and they have to be descriptive before the bird is sent off, maybe 9 emotes, WHO KNOWS!I suggest we give it many a month to try out! But this idea is all for change! Please leave a comment!

I suggest we make a huge underground halfling sized tunnel system and force halflings to deliver our messages. Or we give halflings wings and give our letters to flying halflings.
