Subjugation CB is retarded

That’s a war goal, not a cause of war

What, if bandits tell some nation to give them their Fort, if they don’t, we can warclaim them???

--UNDER CB’s--
Please don’t make contradictory statements. It says CB’s expire in 60 days, yet the claim CB has no expiry date.

---UNDER WAR CLASSIFICATIONS--

30,000 mina? That is too much. Lets say there is a new, small nation that appears and they only have 4,000 mina to their name, and then the Empire, who has access to hundreds of thousands of mina, find enough CB’s to warclaim them, the empire could buy enough equipment regardless. I can see how this can help small nations, but it gives large nations too much of an advantage.

  • Change in Government Type - Nation X forcefully changes the government type of Nation Y. (Offensive War)
    • For example, you could force them to switch from Absolute Monarch to a Republic form of Government, or the other way around.

This is will be forced to last x amount of time?

  • How will this be enforced?

  • Plunder - Nation Y can plunder Nation X for 70% of their treasury and minerals. This will cause severe damage to the Nation and its treasury (must leave behind 30%) and Nation storage may be fully looted as well as any chests in the region. (Offensive War)
    • Costs 30 War Points

Just straight forward, “Change in Government Type” will not work at all, devoted playerbases will not change, thus hence and forth, it needs to be removed.
The Plunder, needs to describe mina or items (Or Both), but overall, it does not need to exist due to the time people spend gathering those resources.

It might work, just might if the changes are made.

Make the cost of warclaims a depend on how many men you’re about to gear up, which should change depending on the average price of food and gear in the world.

remove plunder CB unless it’s for raiding nations only or its retarded

Subjugation: Allows for Nation X to demand a tile, area, or resources of Nation Y. If this demand is refused, it allows for the demanding Nation to gain a subjugation CB. Against the opposing Nation Y.

  • This does not include the capital.
  • Resources are further defined as Materials, Minas, etc, essentially a Tribute.
    • The amount demanded must be within reason, if a dispute arises a verdict by the Game Moderation Team will be made.
  • Rewards 5 War Points (Can only be used twice per month).

Wait what
what

So what you’re telling me is that someone can just walk to another nation’s door step and demand ****, and if they say no, that nation gets a CB? It’s as simple as that?
This is literally giving people 1 way tickets to warclaiming whoever they want on a whim, it's so stupid and whoever thought this would be a good idea is stupid, I’m sorry but it's true.

Keep the Mina cost high. Good deterrent against spamming war. War should require extensive RP AND resources, which this proposed system definitely would achieve. Couple things strike me as odd or out of place but I’d like to read it all over a few more times before judging the rest.

uhm my only question here is this, if you get dragged into a war and you donot have money do you auto lose? some nations do not collect money from their people. I also think the cost is to lower if you’re going to have an economy like this map on the next one because with voting its easy enough for a smallish group to get to 30k

This needs to be removed.

I agree. People will try and abuse the Change Government Type wargoal by forcing enemies to adopt completely ineffectual systems of organization.

Normally, I’m the type of person who would read every detail, nitpick, and then proceed to find out what’s wrong.

But holy **** this is... too much. I could not get through it. Is this seriously for minecraft PvP

If you didn’t want people to do war RP, this is the best way to do it! Nobody wants to play something when there are a million rules.

I agree, conflict should be done on a case by case basis where the players decide by agreeing upon a scenario that gives both parties the opportunity to enjoy themselves – nothing less, nothing more. LoTC is cooperative story-telling, not a tabletop game.. !

Seconded. As I keep saying, no amount of rules will substitute for players acting in good faith.

imagine needing a casus belli to curb-stomp a nation.
