As of the publishing of this article all citizens of Sutica are banished from the settlements, territories and roads of the Ducal state of Morsgrad. The repulsive degeneracy promoted by that nation is ANTITHETICAL in every sense of the word to the moral good being curated within the realm of the Morsen. To that end any citizen of Sutica found upon neutral roads by the forces of Morsgrad, or within the confines of the Duchy are to be immediately put to death. Any of the foul narcotics or substances now being publically produced and traded by this most repulsive of nations are to be immediately burnt or surrendered to the sea. Should anyone of any race, class, or nation be found to be dealing narcotics, purchasing narcotics, or handling narcotics within my realm they are to be thrown from Doran’s Bridge onto the rocks below. If this process fails to kill them they are to be torn into quarters by way of horse and rope. Their remains will then be rendered to the Tomb-keeper for proper preservation and disposal. To pollute my nation is to die a painful death. 

 

Once more the realms of mankind are vindicated in our thesis of government and authority. Only the aristocrat of martial temperament, sanctioned by the divine can possess the necessary vigor to promote the moral and deny the immoral. A nation run by feckless merchants, whose primary concern is profit and profit alone. Then that nation is sure to descend into a cesspool of hedonism and sin. How can the leader of any nation promote the debasement of his people to their more base and bestial element. Encouraging them to pursue pleasure regardless of the ramifications to their health or mental stability. They have even established a ministry to further promote the enslavement of their citizenry to these foul narcotics, whose source can surely only be the abyss. 

 

To my fellow overlords of the The Alliance I ask that you execute a similar policy in your own realms lest this disgusting southern affectation infect our own peoples and run rampant. Should this crisis worsen, perhaps only fire and steel will be able to liberate this root from its foul soil.
