Contents Recognition of Sovereignty Trade Agreement Defensive Pact Military Access Duration ARTICLE I: Recognition of Sovereignty Signatories have agreed to the following terms regarding recognition of sovereignty: Signing parties will recognize their respective Realms as independent lands ruled by their respective leaders, and will make no efforts to subvert those authorities in power. Signing parties will recognize the true name of the continent of Nyrheim. ARTICLE II: Trade Agreement Signatories have agreed to the following terms regarding trade and commerce: A tax free stall is to be given to the Kingdom of Norland within Talon’s Port, as long as it is regularly maintained. A tax free stall is to be given to the Unified Domain of Vortice within Varhelm, as long as it is regularly maintained. ARTICLE III: Defensive Pact Signatories have agreed to the following terms regarding mutual defense and security of their respective realms: The Kingdom of Norland is to come to the aid of The Unified Domain of Vortice when attacked by a forign entity, and vice versa. The Unified Domain of Vortice is to give a 150 foot by 150 foot space (50x50) to the Kingdom of Norland, as space for a defensive fort within their lands. ARTICLE IV: Military Access Signatories have agreed to the following terms regarding Norlandic and coalition military access through the Unified Domain of Vortice: The Kingdom of Norland and its allies, including the Grand Kingdom of Urguan, the Rexdom of Krugmar, and any other members of defensive and military alliances with the Kingdom of Norland are authorized free military movement throughout the Unified Domain of Voctrice for the on-going Orenian-Norlandic War of 22 S.A. ARTICLE V: Duration This accord shall remain in effect for a period of eight years, with the option to renew its terms to be discussed at the time of its expiry.
