(plant-based/vegan guild for the liberation of all life):

 

The Animandil people are of all species alike. Anyone with the passion to free and care for all creatures can join us.

 

The oaths that you must swear if you wish to join are listed bellow:

 

You will not take part in the use and/or slavery of any living creature.

 

By swearing this oath you may not consume or use any animal byproduct, these include egg, milk, honey, meat, wool, leather or any other animal made product.

 

You sear that you will not abuse, kill or injure any living creature (Though you may if your life is threatened).

You also swear that if any animal is in danger you will try your best to save and help it. saying this though if a wild animal is being attacked by another wild animal you may choose to let nature takes its course or intervene.

Every once in a while the guild leader will ask for everyone to meet up somewhere to liberate some enslaved creatures (You may do this without a meet up). as much as I wish it wasn't a rule you must leave 2 of each species of animal there. You may then take the rest to a safe locating and free them or care for them.

 

You must leave a chest filled with food and seeds that the farmer can eat instead of the animals. You may also leave a sign or book with a plead for the farmer to stop breeding and using the animals.

You may Ride horses as long as you do not endanger there life by doing so (this includes: you may not use them in or for battle, you must feed them every day with wheat or apple and you must keep them in an at least 6x6 block area no smaller.)

 

If you find animals are being kept in cruel conditions encourage the farmer to follow these rules: each animal must have at least a 3x3 area to themselves, the animals must have grass and/or hay and water available at all times and some sort of light source (window, torches etc). if they are using hoppers to collect eggs etc they must carpet the top of the hopper so that the animals are not uncomfortable.

A message to all the fellow vegans out there, stay strong don't let anyone tell you you are doing wrong, you are helping the world more than any meat eater ever will 😉

 

Any negative comments on this about veganism will be ignored because quite frankly I know I am staying vegan and I 100% know that in doing so I am saving the world, saving the animals and saving our future.

Hey!  I'm unsure if you're aware of the RP separation of OOC for this post.  What you wrote looks to have originally been made for an RP movement (backed further by posting this thread in an RP section), though there's no divide where you begin referring to OOC topics.

 

So just to make sure, is this an actual Role-Play organization to be found on the server or are you trying to form some sort of group out of character?  If it's the latter, I think you're kind of wasting your energy to be trying to spread this sort of propaganda on the forums of a Minecraft RP server.  Everyone's entitled to their own beliefs, no one's destroying the world by favoring meat in their diet.

I play the server and my character is a vegan in the game. i have met other people who are also vegan and am creating this clan/club/guild so people like me (vegans) can hang out. so no i am sot wasting my time.

((I would like to state, that my comment was based on roleplay, but I personally eat meat and will continue to use animal products that are Halal. Though to further on what unbaed is saying here is that there is two types of forum things, ooc aka out of character based forum posts and roleplay forum posts. Meaning that he wanted to know if this was a out of character group or a group that is being roleplayed. 

 

I would like to state that no one intends to insult you, it's merely just some will not exactly be the most friendly to the ROLEPLAY thought of this. And for the ooc, it may come from the standpoint we are playing a block game.

Yeah this isn't an ooc post. it is for the server so i can send people who want to join this link so they can read instead of me explaining it in game. and I haven't been insulted by any comments so no problem. Neoroseo, I care for plants but the do not have a central nervous system there for they cant feel pain, but i do try my best to eat plants that regrow on the same plant (apples, tomatoes, cucumber etc) (If that is what you meant by your post)

I still don't think you understand the separation of OOC and RP.  People don't play themselves as their characters, and often write with a sense of irony with their character's beliefs compared to their own - or just by the logic of real life.  Neoroso's comment was rhetorical for her character named Cin, and ibraheem's original comment was his character's initial reaction to hearing of this organization; it's not encouraged for people to respond OOCly to these sort of things, since it can negatively affect RP experiences or just destroy narrative.

 

I would suggest you contact a Community Team member [someone with a bright pink and bold name on the server] to better help you in figuring out this type of stuff, as well as to better set up an RP guild with you based on these beliefs that you wish to push in RP.

I do agree with UnBaed! My little character (Cin) just happens to be made of plants, and being an absolute lover of plants due to her nature. The plant she is connected with feels pain, which she feels as well, which goes the same vice-versa. She kills animals and such, but only eats plants as that is also due to her nature. Cin is a hardcore vegan while I (neoroseo) eat meat. Things just differentiate between characters and the people who play as them!

The Community team is really good with explaining these sorts of things a lot better though!

yeah i understand that. I dont understand why my character shouldnt be vegan. she grew up near a forest helping wild animals. i cant emagine her eating animals or harming them. I only very loosely based my character to be like me. And it wont ruin gameplay people just have to learn to accept it, most elves are vegan anyways in the game. (also i said all of this nicely not angrily btw 🙂). from now on i will talk as Fawna (my character) in this forum (I am sorry if i offended anyone 😐)
