Criminal Law, Article I - 1.2. Kidnapping, 1st Degree

Criminal Law, Article I - 1.4. Mayhem, 1st Degree

Criminal Law, Article II - 2.6. Criminal Damage, 1st Degree

Banishment for life with dismemberment, or, execution by guillotine. If captured and when possible, the incarceration of said figures through Xannic means will also be readily available should the individual be considered too great of a threat.

Additional info:

These figures should be considered armed and dangerous. Manipulation and flame are the main weapons they employ against the descendants of our realm. Sweet words and honeyed promises are what they will offer, but do not pay mind to them. For the people, we lost in the siege where their father burned and scorned our city, retribution must be had.

HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS, Acanthus Onar Taliame’onn Daesmon Silma Vuln’muriel, The IV High Prince of Elvendom, High Prince of Amaethea

"Oh" said the Keeper, blinking her eyes blearily at the missive.

"Where the bloody hell did all this come from?"

"Is it really a warrant if you're saying to kill them? I mean I absolutely support this, but!" says Aer'dir.

Jhaeros pops another piece of well-cooked corn kernel, covered in butter, into his mouth. "Amathea has fewer people in their nation than the azdrazi have nephilim on this list alone, how do they expect to get anything done?" The 'Thill ponders briefly, then shrugs, and resumes eating the corn.

The woman's gaze rose from her notes, moving to scan the notes with a slight raise of a singular brow. "Oh, okay. That was unsuspected"

Ainsley pointed and laughed at the crumpled missive in his hand, wiping a tear from his singular eye. "What in the seven fuckin' heavens is this? All the fuckin' spellin' mistakes and errors! Ha!"

A Certain Nephilim peered across the paper a confusing flicker upon his eyes. "Meaningless slander to our name, for the crimes? Lies." The Nephilim shrugged, little care was shown upon his face.

The Nephilim shrugged little indeed, for he was very small.

A certain 'Thill whispers in the nephilim's ear. "The high prince has more last names than he does people living in his city." He'd then snicker and continue on his merry way, contemplating the logistics of pygmy dragons in Azdromoth's plans.

The An-Gho walked a place beyond a place - a place that was not a place.

Every step was hazy. Every thought multiplied into cataphracts, every thought unfolded into many, as he walked the endless halls of a citadel with no end, red robes trailing behind him.

Here, there - there came the low, dull voices, like thoughts in the back of his head. They were familiar, calling, crying, begging him.

But they were all drowned out, by a greater voice. The voice that bid. The voice that called.

And so the prince of the Azdrazi walked. Like a moth to a flame.

A dream within a dream. A physical world within another.

A hundred thoughts - a hundred truths - a hundred lies.

If every truth were a lie - and every lie a truth, all must be right, all must be wrong.

What right, what wrong, what sin and what virtue, were the living ever capable of?

In the end, he knew -- that Man himself were so powerless as to be powerless of any mistake, let alone a sin.

And so, the An-Gho walked. Oblivious to any accusation. Blind to the works of his people. Deaf, to the cries of a plaintive world.
