The declaration of an heir is a momentous occasion to be celebrated by all, an affair to be remembered and rejoiced by the populace as the next in line to inherit Para’dine is named. The Vaulurir of Para’dine humbly invites all those within the lands of Celia'nor, and even foreigners, to join the people of Para'dine as they rejoice upon the naming of the Virar's heir. Esteemed guests are requested to adorn formal attire as well as varying shades of blues and oranges to match with the theme of the event. It is also customary to don a mask as well as picking an alias - these final two requests are required for the activities prepared for the celebration.

HALF-LIGHT PROMENADE

To set the gathering in motion Keep staff will be promptly entering the ballroom with trays of fine treats and specialty drinks cultivated by the Court Sommelier; Auro’ra Castington. Beloved guests and citizens alike will be encouraged to find partners and make their way to the dance floor!

 

MASKED MURDER

When least expected, one of the many guests will fall dead! It is up to the guests to deduce who it was within the crowd gathered that afflicted such a fate upon the poor soul, and why. Guests will be given three chances, three opportunities to put up a participant in hopes of finding the assailant. If the group successfully put up the murderer each member will be awarded a special item and the title ‘The Ducktective of Para’dine’.

 

MIDNIGHT MYSTERY

During the duration of the masquerade the guests will be given the task of identifying as many of the masked individuals within Para’dine as they possibly can - all without giving away their name or identity. The participant to correctly identify the majority of the guests invited will be awarded 150 mina for their efforts!
