ELECTION FOR THE OBSIDIAN THRONE

After the abdication of AGNAR GRANDAXE from the OBSIDIAN THRONE, a council was held to determine an unbiased and wise LORD REGENT to oversee the election for a successor. Appearing to represent his clan, NORLI NORVARSSON STARBREAKER was voted with an impressive and large majority to the position of LORD REGENT before an upcoming pilgrimage to the Deeproads. After the appointment of the LORD REGENT, the following nominations were made to the OBSIDIAN THRONE:

The election shall be run similarly to the smooth election run by LORD REGENT TORVIN BLACKAXE. All voters must deliver a letter to the LORD REGENT NORLI NORVARSSON STARBREAKER with their vote for one of the three nominees and signature starting immediately for a period of 4 stone days. Attempting to coerce votes shall be met with the full force of the URGUANI LAW.

An election committee has been composed consisting of the LORD REGENT, the LORD CHANCELLOR, the three nominees and two added advisors, DAGMIR GRANDAXE and SIGRUN IREHEART. By a simple majority the committee shall affirm the results of the election on the fifth stone day in a public GRAND ASSEMBLY before the OBSIDIAN THRONE.

The coronation shall be at the next year’s end, determined with the victorious nominee’s schedule and ending the regency.
