With the upcoming WAR looming in the horizon, the Viceroyalty of Hyspia must assure the Royal Treasury be secured. The Hyspian populace, ever bountiful in coin, are hereby encouraged to invest in WAR BONDS from the state. These WAR BONDS will serve as loans to the state, which shall be paid back upon achieving VICTORY over the Anathema. 

 

The specifics of the bonds are as follows:

 

• Upon purchase, tokens must be kept in a secure location for return upon the end of the conflict. If you cannot provide your tokens at the end of the conflict, we may not be able to guarantee payment.

• Proof of purchase must be submitted to the Gran Mayordomo, Gran Canciller, or Viceroy.

 

Both commonfolk and nobility alike are encouraged to invest, and should keep in mind that active investment may lead to favorable promotions of one’s family. Bonds will be available for purchase outside of the military courtyard.
