Preface: 

To ensure strict adherence Canonist virtues in the Grand Principality of Ravenmire, this bill proposes the following;

 

Act 1 

 

1. Henceforth, the ritual of the nipple ring and nipple piercings are banned across the entire Grand Principality of Ravenmire due to its perverse and unholy origins, which have no place in a realm as pious and God Fearing as ours
2. Citizens who undergo such a ritual shall face a 250 mina fine.
3. Individuals including non-citizens in admittance of such piercings cannot enter governmental or religious institutions, and are subjected to a 50 mina fine and flogging.
4. Individuals in admittance of a nipple piercing shall be subjected to a darkspawn test
5. Migrants who have undergone such a ritual in the past must agree to remove their piercing before their citizenship can be accepted.
6. This bill applies to all citizens within Ravenmire, Canonists and non-Canonists included.
7. Furthermore, “Flame Guide” and any and all of its variations shall be the official endorsed religious phrase of goodbye within court, replacing “Light Perserve” and any and all of its variations
