Idioticozzy 66 Share Posted March 16, 2013 To all those Ruffians (I.e Warriors) who bring a flame war to losing a fight, please be aware that someone in character is always going to be better than you, someone is going to be either, more muscular, can wield a weapon better than you, or they are even taller than your impossibly human height of 8 foot. And also, to those nobles that get attacked by bandits in those dark places of the wild roads, if you really find it that annoying, next time you travel somewhere, why don't you bring some guards? I mean, would you expect a nobleman/lady to go out into the country side, pouches full of gold coins, riding an expensive horse, and having a grossly rich rapier at their side, without a entourage? Just hiring some guards creates some fun role play, instead of just all of your bannermen hanging out at your big manor, doing jack all. Dalek348 1962 Share Posted March 16, 2013 I'm starting to think everyone on this server enjoys being a part of this ridiculous lord of the craft soap opera that has been developing in the past few months. This thread in itself will drive people away. Any new player in their right mind wouldn't give this server the time of the day if they come here and see a thread in the main news section where not even the staff can prevent themselves from bickering and endorsing this laughable soap opera. Get your act together all of you, seriously, that is admins to players, you all need to sort yourselves out.

Mitchamaya 3 Share Posted March 16, 2013 Oh interesting. I didn't realize this was a big issue, I thought it was exclusive to the few instances I've witnessed.
shiftnative 3103 Share Posted March 16, 2013 What I get from this thread is, "If you cant behave yourself when proposing alternatives or discussing matters and step out of line, you will be punished." I don't see why that would drive anyone away more then the disrespectful finger-pointing threads and status's that they have let continue in the past, without punishment. Sentlit 108 Share Posted March 16, 2013 This mandate has been greatly needed. I must thank the staff for taking this appropriate action.

StaticFromage. 6 Share Posted March 16, 2013 Thank you! hopefully people begin to use this thread to think about smaller things as well. Nothing makes me angrier then when I see someone ask "where are we going?" in OOC. Is your character unable to ask that question? Are those four words nonexistent in your character's vocabulary? I doubt it, because he/she would have a hard time saying half the things on his mind without those four words.
Ventusyr 233 Share Posted March 16, 2013 Thank you. Unfortunately necessary...
Charles_Grimlie 1072 Share Posted March 17, 2013 Yes! Finally change has occurred and the GMs have finally taken action against the foul OOC deeds that have occurred against both the Dwavres and the Orcs, thus we can finally begin RPing again. Who knew it would only take one good Ban Report?
Cyndikate 2303 Share Posted March 17, 2013 My question remains, are ban reports exempt from this rule?
