Which is the parchment. On a side note currently I have a general understanding of what the parchment is up to but after working it for 3 hours with TheNander I've hit a wall. The message was correctly named "I'm baffled" as the result I was hoping to occur did not. Thus here is all my work for everyone of you lot to take a stab at with.Thus far I have figured out the key, by reverse engineering the cipher I got a product based on what you said today (A = Q but changes to A = K due to Encode --> Decode).
