Caszmich received a copy of the declaration in the midst of his own letter runs. For once, the man seemed to pause, reading it as the aviary processed his own outgoing news. "A good show from the Raevir houses of renown. It would seem Justinyn's vision has come to fruition." He would place the letter neatly into his pocket, before continuing on about his day.

The Theodosian Society or The Friends of St Bogdan Association INTRODUCTION The Theodosian Society, otherwise known as the Friends of St Bogdan Association, is an organisation set up to preserve, gather, and create a wealth of knowledge for the peoples of the Empire, and in particular the Raevir peoples. As time has passed and wars come and gone, the great libraries of the past, such as those within The Silver State of Haelun’or and The Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska, have been scattered to the winds with no great state or family aimed towards preservation. Our society hopes to rectify this change. As our patron, St Theodosius, is the champion of messengers, we shall aim to be messengers to the past and future for Raevir. It is through this hope that we shall give further glory and wisdom to the Empire at large as we participate in the great Imperial Project for all to benefit. Whilst our society is named after St Theodosius and remains primarily a society for the writings of the Raevir, we do not aim to limit ourselves narrowly. We hope to sponsor writers on a range of topics for the interwoven tapestry of the History of Man. We similarly wish to aim to copy, transcribe, and republish endangered books of importance and note. CHIEF AIMS OF THE SOCIETY Within the Theodosian society, our chief aim is the pursuit of knowledge. We wish to cultivate and support a renaissance of writing across multiple disciplines of importance to our people, such as history, theology, philosophy, and political thought. We further wish to be a group of mutual support for one another in our writings, whether within research, prose, composition, and refinement of works before they enter print. Finally, we wish the copying, transcribing, and republishing of works of excellence for the modern reader, for many traditions of the Raevir lay within oral traditions and those passed down from tribesmen that must be recorded and passed down to future generations. INVITEES As we establish our society, we cordially invite the following to attend a meeting to discuss scholarship, writings, and efforts that may be further made to better our people: Lord Franz Galahar, Baron of Ghaestenwald, Justinyn var Ruthern, Patriarch of House Ruthern, Demetrius Barrow, Famed Writer of the Winter Crows Series Arrolt the Orphan, Famed writer of the History of the Interregnum of the Empire, To all learned men of the Past and Elders willing, To all singers, bards, or skalds of the Raevir, Penned, Cazsmich Irvanko Chairman of the Theodosian Society Ailred Ruthern Member of the Theodosian Society

A young Raevir lad would ride slowly into the capital, his body and soul weary from trying to- and failing - to find a suitable abode for someone of his ilk. Cazsmich rubbed his eyes as he approached the closest tavern, before the bartender, noticing his accent, gave him word of the call. Over a glass of ale, he would write a pen to the Ruthern house, and sent it off before retiring to his room for the night. He’d struggle to find sleep that night, as though he found renewed vigour at the bar.

Context for non-NBA fans: What do you guys consider the LotC equivalent of Wilt Chamberlain's 100 point game to be? Essentially, what feat achieved by a player character, preferably earlier in the server's history, continues to be seen as an otherwise impossible feat (if not for that player character of course), and has yet to be surpassed or even neared even all these years later?

NIKOLAS KOVACHEV FOR BURGESS To the residents of Tarnavon, Under the guidance of His Grace, we find ourselves as a leading hub under the vast Empire’s tutelage. The village of Tarnavon has provided each and every one of us a community and life worth defending and honouring. We stand as a contrast to the heavily urbanised centers of Imperial settlement down south, as a people who have embraced the new continent’s wild rather than tamed it. We have grown our own identity, one that each of us can stand proud to be part of. As such, I, Nikolas Kovachev, announce my running for Burgess of this admirable community. I believe that a Burgess should stand as a figure for all to look to, regardless of background or profession. As such, I have laid out three key promises to benefit an array of people within our diligent society; MILITARY WAGES From my first day within this town, I have served dutifully under His Grace’s Greyguard. I have fought firsthand alongside my brothers in arms, and risked life and limb, and yet I see no relief for those who would lay their life down for our Haven in the Woods. As Burgess, I swear to push for an official payment system to be granted upon our diligent soldiers, so that they may receive adequate compensation for military service rendered. TARNAVON TRADE, EXPANDED From our landing upon Azuras, our beautiful village of Tarnavon has prospered, swelling in size with the arrival of diligent men and women of all walks of life. With this, trade has flourished, however the sale of smaller-scale domestic produce is limited to within our own village limits. As Burgess, I will work diligently to ensure avenues of trade open up for our artisan producers across the Empire and beyond, to ensure they may expand their business without fear of financial pressures relating to such. THE PEOPLE’S VOICE The people of Tarnavon are Tarnavon in its entirety. Our respectable society would be nothing without those who inhabit it, and as such, it should not be merely the interests of those appointed that get portrayed as the whole story. As Burgess, my eyes and ears will be open for any petitions signed by a number of our dutiful residents, or pressing matters presented verbally by any of our own, to present towards the Alderhall on behalf of those concerned. My standing for election stems not from desire for influence or power, but from pride. Pride for a people that has endured much in the past Saint’s Year, yet still stands. A people that are continuously resented for our unwavering devotion to the Exalted, yet still hold faith, and extend welcome arms to others under constant scrutiny. I believe that this history of persistence is what makes our community what it is, and I promise that should the people of Tarnavon elect me as the next Burgess, I shall uphold these values our community holds dear to our hearts with all of my energy. BE PICKY, CHOOSE NIKKY! Nikolas Kovachev

Whilst reading the conditions of peace agreed upon by his great-great-grandson, Wilheim Barclay would forget to look where he was going, losing his footing and subsequently tripping down the largest flight of stairs within the familial keep. In his panic, he'd grab one of the servants who had the misfortune of crossing his path, sending both of their souls to wherever God deemed fit.

"Thank ******* GOTT." a decrepit Wilheim Barclay muttered to himself as he realised this would not be another union of two Barclays.

Wilheim Barclay felt most conflicted as he read the announcement of peace. On the one hand, it was clear to all at the meeting Ravenmire cared for naught but Aaun's entire destruction, despite their original demands, but on the other hand, he had noticed something most pleasing to him... "Ein most fitting compromise." he concluded.- 37 replies
