  7. By decree of, THE COUNT OF VAŠKA 6th of Horen’s Calling, 1908 TO OUR RAEVIR BROTHERS & SISTERS, By order and decree of the Count of Vaška, the formation of the venerable order of the Bogatyr is to be formed. As described by the Count, those named Bogatyrs are to be and seen as the most upstanding members of our people, the Heroes of the Raevir. The purpose of this order is to honor those true-Raevir who have passed on from this mortal life and ascended to the Seven Skies above. Let it be known that there can never be a living Bogatyr, this strictly honors those we have lost. For one to become a Bogatyr there is criteria to meet before being honored with such a mantle. Those being considered must fulfill the following: A Bogatyr must have been of Raevir descent or adopted our ways. A Bogatyr must have lived within the lands of Vaška, Pravets, or Barrow’s Crossing. A Bogatyr must have lived a life of piety and virtue. A Bogatyr must have lived a life of courage and valor. A Bogatyr must have lived a life of great deeds and sacrifice. A Bogatyr must have lived a life of honor and humility. If one is being considered to be honored and elevated to the status of a Bogatyr after they have passed and meets all the requirements above, they shall be honored by their life story being added into the Tome of the Bogatyr. The Tome of the Bogatyr is written, maintained, and kept by the Count of Vaška and his scribes. It holds the list and stories of those named Bogatyr, and once one is added they can never be removed to ensure their memory lives on and is honored generation after generation.
