      Idk how long uve been gone but Malinor was rebelled against by the "Conclave of Malin" they won and Malinor perished. The Conclave was really corrupt and run by a Teuton and was basically left to rot as a corrupted stink hole when most elves left. Eventually the High Elves offered districts to each elven subrace outside their walls in their own towns
